Back to her from first take, seeing her smile as she greets you I almost forgot what I came for.. But she was so professional she could sell water to water. Only came to get WiFi service for a property down her but I left out with a new phone really didn’t need it but 1 of my phone I broke coming down here from Boston. But back to her, when I tell you she was on point answer questions like you don’t no how to do anything, but she made you fell like you can accomplish anything after she explained it to you. For a person that only been there for over a month and listening to her inter ack with her coworkers & I think her regional manager was there I can see her becoming a manager and higher up in this business even having her own store. ? mite need to get my family to open 1 up for her down here… I left with New IPhone,WiFi router,New Tablet,New case. Then went back and got the private screen.. Check them out before you go anywhere else and if Tina & the staff that I met is there you won’t be disappointed…”
“Strangely enough this Cricket wireless store is located just exactly beside the Boiling Springs, S.C. Boost mobile store. And stranger than that, there are also two other wireless stores in the same shopping center! This is a small mall anchored by Dickey's BBQ! I suppose there's a logical reason to have four different mobile phone stores in the same place although the logic escapes me. Each carrier obviously has their own competitive strong points. In the case of Cricket, they maintain their lead on their competition with best rates on multi-line use. Their value family plans are superior to most other carriers. This store has a lot of parking and that's not an issue. I didn't see any customers enter this store today.”

“Came in today and was greeted and treated so Great by Erik. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Best thing was when he did not know something he didn’t just guess he took the time to find the answer.
There was an associate that made me feel uncomfortable. Her name tag said Emily but IDK if that was her name or not as she never talked to me and just walked around staring at me and making me feel very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Erik being so great I would of left without ever transferring my line from ATT”
