Taccara is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I have been a regular customer of this gas station for years but will be looking for a new one the cares about their customers. I am 73 years old and wanted to buy cigarettes and she was refusing to sell them to me. I also witnessed her smoking right next to the gas pumps.

Tacara is the most rudest person there!!! I came here every single day sometimes multiple times a day until the other night she I guess was having a bad night and decided to take it out on me for no reason whatsoever. She had a horrible attitude, was pointing her finger in my face when I asked her what her problem was and was using foul language!! And I was very polite with her as I always am. I’ve never had any issues with this gas station until she started working here and I’ve heard a lot of other customers complaining of her as well. Smh. Now I won’t even go here if she’s working. Sad.

The teller was unprofessional and had a rude tone when I asked her to please start the pump bc I had prepayed. I had another customer come up to me telling me that she(the teller) had no business talking to me the way she did.
Pretty bad when it’s done in front of other customers. Gives a bad reputation.

Just when you thought that the absolutely worst Murphy USA was in my hometown; It is not! This particular store was very unsatisfactory from step one! The gas prices were astronomically high! Even after using my discount it was still punishing to the wallet! This Murphy is located near Walmart and has an unbelievable amount of customers! There's a limited number of gas pumps here; certainly no where near enough to handle all of these cars! I asked if the restroom was locked. The lady clerk said yes and both the men's and ladies were out of order. I informed the clerk that there's no out of order sign posted on either door. I then asked her where she used the restroom! After her eye's stopped rolling around in their sockets I got the blank stare with no comment! I would only return here in a very dire situation!

Normally the gentleman whom is attendant is extremely attentive and friendly. The last time I got gas here the lady with bad wings was unfriendly. No big deal we all have bad days. Today just now I got a coffee and Dr pepper went up to pay she asked for my phone number then slammed the window shut. I was not finished with my transaction. I needed to add gas as well. I tried to relay the message to her and could not hear her through the closed window so I left said items at the window and Removed myself from a tasteless transaction. If I can not hear you and you dare not provide customer service I will not spend my hard earned money at this establishment.

Cashier like OMG what a mouth I guess someone gave her a bad review and she decide it to tell her coworker wish was working outside bout it really all I heard was b word this and that like chill yea like maybe if you keep ur mouth closed plus no uniform so unprofessional go home wash that mouth
