I bought a warranty item from O’Reilly. Three months in it went bad. When I returned it there was no problem getting the replacement and refunding my money. Great parts great service.

This was the 4th store I visited looking for a part. Three previous said "We don't carry." Oreilly said we'll order and have in this evening. They did what they said with a smile and treated their customers like family. I am totally impressed.

Have been in a few times. Staff could care less if you shop there. The overall company would rather you buy online and ship to your home. I’d rather do business in person, so this is not the place for me. 3 other parts stores right near by that appreciate my business.
