“I am really struggling to understand the bad reviews. I have been going to this pharmacy for almost a decade and seen many of the same staff members for years. They're kind, helpful, and professional. Any problems that I've ever had with my prescriptions have been on the part of the prescriber or my insurance, and the pharmacy staff STILL takes the time to help me figure out how I can fix it. Yes sometimes the line is long, but it typically moves relatively quickly compared to the car line at CVS or Walgreens.”

“I had a horrible day and came to pick up my medicine and as soon as I was going to show the staff my insurance card on my phone—it died. The staff was kind enough to let me use their charger so I could still get my medicine… and they were very informative on my medications even though it was 30 minutes before closing. 100% recommend they went above and beyond and that’s hard to find now in today’s world! Thank you guys !”

“The staff are always very kind and helpful, and the drive-thru is so convenient! I had my cat with me in the car one time and the pharm tech was so kind to her. I think the bad reviews for this pharmacy are user error- don't be rude to the staff and you'll probably get better service!”
“The employees at pharmacy are very patient And helpful in this particular store, I have never had a problem with any of them plus they are all so positive. Shelly in particular who works here was so amazing helped me out when I was in a huge bind she had no problem sitting on the phone with and she fixed everything all out for me, when most stores would just say they can’t help me. They always are always honest and explain everything that’s going on with your medication. thank you, Shelly and the rest of the team at this Walgreens on N. Pine St.”
“So me and my husband can today may 9th to use the atm. My husband has a chime card that's metal. It gets stuck in the machine... I couldn't grab hold. My husband couldn't. But a sweet lady that goes by ANGELA certainly got it out. It wasn't easy either. But she really focused and got it out for us. Thank you so much Angela...
And although there was no one up front. I had to find a pharmacy tech. She did tell someone that I needed help. She didn't seem irritated that I needed her help elsewhere. I've read bad reviews for this Walgreens but its hard to get to so many people when you only staffed a few. The customer service is always great here. They are always happy to help.”

“Whenever I have an appointment at the Minute Clinic, the NPs have always been personable, knowledgeable & helpful. I prefer to get my vaccines there versus the pharmacy because I get one-on-one attention & I’m not interrupting the pharmacy’s workflow. Plus the check in experience is always easy.”

Jay and Sam make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Jay is here every day unless he’s on vacation, and Sam practically runs the whole show—both are incredible! This is hands-down the fastest and friendliest pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
They truly know their patients, have great relationships with local doctors, and go above and beyond to make everything seamless—refills, scheduling, and even medical supplies (which most pharmacies don’t carry!).
If you want top-notch service with a personal touch, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!”
