“It's nice to have a post office local to us. It's a tiny post office with just one worker there and very limited hours, but the few times I've had to go the lady working has been very nice and helpful. The people leaving negative reviews need to be grateful we have a post office here at all.. Being in Green Creek NC, it's a good 30 minutes to any other post office, this one is just 5-10 minutes away. Glad its here!”

Just had a fantastic experience at the United States Post Office and I’ve got to give a shoutout to Chauncey for being incredibly helpful and professional. In a world where customer service can feel rushed and impersonal, this place was the complete opposite. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely willing to help.
It may be a smaller post office, but the service here was outstanding. Chauncey made the entire experience smooth and easy, and that kind of attitude deserves recognition. Great people still make all the difference. Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“The gentleman (Chris maybe) who has worked at this location for many years was very helpful when I needed advise concerning mailing bulky wedding invitations. I followed his advise and returned with the invitations ready to mail the following day. He was working in the back, but came to the front to personally take care of them. They were received quickly and without damage. It was refreshing to find someone who cared and took the time to help!”
“Best Post Office in Spartanburg County hands down I’ve used the USPS a thousand times or more the past 9-12 months I have the receipts 🧾 and I’ve went through trials and tribulations but this location is the absolute best the Lady in there is the best the man is the best aswell. I also use Boiling Springs at times and Drayton both have been good. This location close between Holmes lunch and westgate mall is the best thanks for your services”

“I use this post office once a week. Overall they’re nice. I’ve been to other post offices that don’t mark packages shipped out that take days to move your items from the back onto a truck, but this branch works really quickly. Every time I drop a package off it scanned within a few minutes. Great service”

“Sometimes the lines are long, but the 2 men working there are steady at it. Dean & Jonas have always been pleasant & proficient. I have gone to many local post offices and I like this one and the one in Moore, SC the best. I haven’t had any bad experiences in any post office.”
