“I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff at the Boiling Springs UPS store.The only time I have ever had any issues there was from rude customers, who are loud, jump the line and crowd others ahead of them who are waiting for their turn. Rudeness has become the norm in this once quiet, friendly community. We used to be happy here. It’s now overwhelmingly crowded by a majority of rude people who brought their poor morals and sense of entitlement with them, with no concern about anyone but themselves.The only thing different I wish the staff could do is have the authority to call these line jumpers and rude people out when they see them do these things, which would be more fair to the other customers. Maybe UPS should require people to take a number in order to ensure their customers are served in the proper order.But as most staff I have dealt with are locals who on average are too polite to say anything , they would most likely be inviting abuse on themselves, considering the element of people living here now. I’m sure they already get more than their share of verbal abuse every work day.”
