“I gave a five star to Extra Space Storage. Now that the company has changed to Smart Stop Self Storage without notice of any type I am not real happy. Last month went to the unit had 2 locks on it. Called no you have never been late so that must not have been your unit. Went over next day lock moved to unit beside ours. Got a call today saying 5 days late and to avoid a 20% late fee pay today. Extra Space called on 4th if not paid on 3rd or sent text message. I did forget to pay and am thankful they called. I tried to set up account to pay on Smart Stop but said last name or email was wrong. Called paid over phone. Confirmation was so long 15 numbers and was said so fast had to listen too three times to make sure I had it right. Hope this is not going to be the way the place is handled going forward. Hope i can pay on line and not the phone ever again. And that service is as good.”
“If you are looking for a climate controlled storage facility, public storage on farm lake road is the place for you. The facility is very clean and the staff are amazing and nice. They fix every problem you may have in a timely manor and very friendly about it. Shout-out to Marcie in the front desk for being very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this facility.”
“It's hard to get someone in the phone from time to time and things moved around in my unit as long as you pay your stuff can stay basically and they're always helpful!”

“He helped me big time. I’m not going to sit here and type up exactly what because it would take a half an hour. But just understand that storage units that run like this you can’t just expect to fullfill your instant gratification by someone answering every time your in a mood and butt hurt because you think someone should come there and wd40 your roll up door. They handle it. Just leave a nice clear message and don’t be a jack a** and they will call you back. So simple. I mean it could be a pain in the rear to get a unit and sit in the office for 30 minutes instead it’s super fast and easy. But anyways have a great effin day! Hasta la vista baby”
