So have been taking my dogs to the self wash since they opened this location. Was even given direction onHow to use it including that I am able to lock the door if both washes are bring used. Tonight I was told by an employee that I am not allowed to lock the door never. One of the wash bays was down and we were using the other one. I'm not really sure when that changed, but maybe that should be written on the door or the lock be removed so there are no misunderstandings in the future.

I order my pet food online however it's seems every time I order something it shows in stock then I get a email showing an item has been canceled due to not being in stock. So I am not sure how TSC handles their inventory but it's never right. So if you order online you have a 50% chance of them having it.

Some of the employees are fantastic. I’ve had several great interactions, but Steven is as courteous and kind as they come. I really haven’t had an employee go out of his way, voluntarily and so nicely as he did in any store as far back as I can remember. Made my day

I'm a regular customer and I'm appalled at the way the young brown headed lady spoke to me yesterday. She was so angry that I had a question about a product. She even turned her back to my so she could text on her phone.

On a Thursday, i had a full semi trailer set for a live unload at 5 a.m. the following morning. I called to see if they allowed overnight parking. They said if I could get it there before too long, they might be able to unload me that Thursday afternoon. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and was unloaded and on my way before 5 p.m. Thank you Aaliyah Rose for the hard work and doing an awesome job!! ?

The store was very busy or more so the staff was on the slow side. I went for horse feed and they didn't have a lot on the shelves. I was looking for a specific brand of senior pellets. I couldn't find staff around the store, so I had to go to the front register and waited in line to ask if by chance they had what I was looking for in the back. There was only an older gentleman at the register. Just then a staff person came up to help. I asked him and The "young salesman" said, "I don't think so...." He didn't offer to go look or call someone to go check. When I asked, he couldn't do it right then. Wow, that's the first.....customer service was not his strong suit. I guess I will go to TS in Columbus, NC from now on.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady and young man. They directed us to supplies and check out was fast. We will be going back weekly for cat litter as it's just a dollar more for 5 pounds.

So, my wife likes humming birds. She has several different feeders. Of course, there was one particular type of feeder that the birds like best. Low and behold Tractor supply had them on clearance!!!! Great, right? Anyway, she wanted them so she did her homework, found the stores that claimed to have them, wrote down the information for each store and called to verify (recommended by the company) that they did indeed have the amount of feeders in stock that was advertised on the internet. Each store confirmed their stock (supposedly) and my wife made the purchases online for curbside pickup at 3 stores. Gaffney SC, Spartanburg SC and Boiling springs SC. The farthest point is about a 2 hour drive.... So, we get to the Gaffney store first, walk in to pick up our order and guess what..... They don't have any.....! Second stop was Spartanburg and they are the only store to have her order complete, correct and ready to go. 3rd store was Boiling springs and.... Well, they had 2 out of the six she paid for. Last stop ( on the way home) was Spindale NC. Now, she didn't pay for any on line but she did call and the associate confirmed that they had 8 on hand. We got to the store only for them to have a total count of 0.... So, I politely, informed them that my wife had just called 30 minutes ago and someone said that you had them.... What really got me was, there were only 3 staff working at that store and none of them could remember talking to my wife..... WOW !!!!Tractor supply, if I could give you zero stars, I would. Your managers should train your staff how to actually verify the stock advertised on the website. Could have saved us about 5 hours and 60.00 in gas if they had taken initiative to get up and go look..... Extremely dissatisfied with Tractor supply and their management / staff.Spartanburg store gets 5 full stars!!!
