Gas pumps lock your credit card in them and take 15 min to pump 10 gallons of gas. Bathrooms are filthy too!

Bathroom was dirty. Reason for three stars. Had a bunch of movie posters on the wall. Apparently owner wrote a movie. Cashier was super nice. Store was clean. If bathrooms were clean would have gotten 5 stars

1) they have no option to pay at the pump
2) the lights were on, but the doors were locked and chained shut
This was at 7:18am. There's no reason for a gas station to be deceptively closed at 7am.

The gas pump was literally the slowest I have ever used. I pumped 5 gallons in the time it took our family (4 people) to use the restroom and buy some drinks. Maybe I just picked a bad pump? The restrooms were not even close to clean and the managers didn't seem to take any pride in running this place. Does BP not have standards for stores that can run under their name?

Just stopped to get gas and so our son could go to the bathroom. My husband tried to take our son in and the man working (green shirt) was extremely rude. There was a stray dog barking and the man had locked up the store and refused to let my husband take my son in to go to the bathroom. He yelled at them and said he wouldn’t open it up until he was able to get the dog situation under control and that “there is an Exxon down the road that I’m sure your kid could go to the bathroom at.” My husband came back and immediately stopped pumping gas and we left to go to the Exxon. So rude especially to paying customers and to a child who needed to urgently use the restroom. Maybe provide better training to the employees on how to treat customers. Allowing my son to use the restroom did not have any relationship to feeling like they needed to take care of a stray dog.

We stopped here to stretch our legs and purchase refreshments. This convenience store building is in need of upgrading. The bathrooms were clean but in bad shape. The toilet rocked like the bolts were loose. They sell a nice variety of items though and the checkout clerk was very friendly.

owner came out the second we parked gave us a rude mean look I was trying to change my baby beforehand and he made us move and kept looking a us changing a BABY gross
