I usually love pilots, especially over loves, but this pilot was disgusting. There was pee in every toilet and the bathroom spelled like cat urine. It wa so dirty and disgusting. The workers were just on their phone at the registers and if you walked up to them they asked you to use the self checkout. I guess they were too busy doing whatever they needed to help you. I'd skip this one and go to another one.

This isn't a knock on pilot itself I just got woken up outta my sleep by a woman knocking on my door soon as she saw me she asked if I'm ok? I was until you woke me with this unnecessary bullshit. She woke up multiple drivers with this. This my first time ever parking here not sure if this is the norm or what.

Obviously this might be a fluke, but convinced I got bad gas here on 07/24/24 while driving through. Management claimed they've never had bad gas (even though I didn't mind, just wanted to confirm before potentially spending $1000 on "fixing" another issue), but have been having issues with my car ever since filling up a few days ago and the automotive shop asked me if it's a possibility I got bad gas. Upon filling up half the tank with new gas, all issues have been resolved (and nothing else fixed) so had to be the gas I got here. Very upset about it.

If you are a white person. And you have a problem at this store at night. Unless the wonderful red head night manager is there. Do not expect to be even heard. And don't even bother saying anything! If u have white skin. You will just be belittled by there new female higher!!! There new employee how has very short curly hair and is abit chubby will automatically assume your complaining about a black person before you even get a chance to speak. And she has a very nasty attitude. I have know idea why that person who probably decided to work the night shift at a gas station when she can't stand whit people!!!!!

Totally Suck!!!! They used the nitro coffee for Columbiana and now I’m sick my heart rate is so high I’m concerned I’ll have to make a trip to the er. Normally Columbiana coffee is smooth. This coffee has me crawling out of my skin. DO NOT GET the COFFEe there unless you see them make it with the correc package. This is crazy I want to throw up and I can’t stand up even. I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN or bring any group or recommend we stop here.

Bathrooms are clean. They are always packed and the pumps don’t all take a card. Going in to pay is a hassle when traveling with kids alone.

Zero stars! This place has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in my life on this planet. It wouldn't give me two pizzas for $8 and it told me to go put it back and leave it and go somewhere else. I said that's a nice attitude. And it just smiled and laughed at my misfortune of having to pay more. Its the one with the red hair and its a real POS and I will never ever come to a pilot ever again I'm so happy that our company uses loves

This truck stop doesn’t believe that truck drivers should have access to trash bins. All trash bins are placed near the building and easily accessible to cars needing gas. But for trucks parking overnight, we don’t get the privilege of having easy access to trash bins especially if we are parked in the back of the lot.
