Worse place to go. it’s no wonder the family dollar gets more business the employees are rude as hell. At least when you go to the family dollar the employees are polite.

Everytime my husband or I go to this store, the employees are super rude!!!!! Many times there's a line and no cashier. Then when they are done smoking they come to check us out with a horrible attitude!!! Unbelievable!!! We now will go to Family Dollar up the road. Sad. They seriously need some hospitality training.

Literally just stood at the register for 20 Mins waiting on someone to show up before deciding to just walk out. Didn't even sound like a soul was there. And don't tell me ( well you should have called for me I would have came) I shouldn't have to hunt down a worker to cash me out. Be prepared to do your job.

Worst DG in the country. It's always trashed and carts in isle to the point where you can't get thru. It's not the employees fault because the regional folks won't let more than 1 or 2 people work at one time. Kind of hard to run the register and put up stock at the same time.

Best customer Service and checkout at any visit before at Dollar General. Very helpful, assisted me finding item I couldn't find & helped me with app since it was 1st time using for digital couponsReally wish I knew her name to add to this compliment bc she was very friendly & super helpful.

This rating is a reflection of the services offered at this location and NOT the employees. This store is the retail hub of our community and the only store of its kind without driving 30 minutes in any direction. It badly needs more attention and to be brought up to date with technology. There's always a long line and the employees cannot keep up with stocking the shelves and be at their registers when there's virtually little time between patrons.I asked about checking out via the app but Holly, the manager, said they didn't have the capability to do so. Why does corporate bother having the app if you're not going to utilize it's full potential? Your employees are stretched too thin and it is frustrating your customers who don't have all day to pick up 2 or 3 items.Please bring Branchville back to the future!!
