“Mr.Cole is a very sweet and great man! He's considerate and his prices are awesome. The only downfall is his daugther is extremely insensitive to others, unfriendly, and she has zero customer service skills! She hated me and it showed! She tried to hide it! Very bad for business! And I had a storage with thus company for 5 yrs! I paid some of her bills! It would be sad do Mr. Cole to leave it to her. The kids always gets the business and get away from the original and natural its t if the business! I hope he trains her better. Other than her. Its neat clean and Mr. Cole is phenomenal!”
