It just gets worse and worse every time. They play games with your prescription and act like you are a criminal when you are just getting a simple stomach medicine. The new phone system is worthless, also. Don't get me started on the employee that has fading looks that takes out her anger on her coworkers and customers. The place really seems managementless.
Update - they doubled down and said they can treat customers however they want, so I transferred my prescription to another business. It was simple. You go to the pharmacy of your choice with your pill bottle and the new pharmacy will call them and do all the work. You'll never have to talk to CVS again.

The pharmacist plays gatekeeper with certain medications by questioning the doctor about the prescription. That’s not up to the pharmacist, it is up to the medical professional - the doctor - who is working closely with their patient to determine a medication and dosage. This is disrespectful to both the doctor and me, the patient.

Excellent service excellent staff very polite clean store they deserve a bigger store to move about it’s just feels & looks Claustrophobic. Because they have so many items they trying to sell I don’t think they have room for but it’s an excellent business and excellent staff everyone is very friendly and polite always .

Went to the pharmacy on Broad St in Camden to ask the pharmacist a question about meds I had been
to take...I went to the consultation booth and asked
to talk to the pharmacist. A young black employee came over to talk to me, dropped the basket down she was carrying and looked at me with a very mean
look and asked if she could help, I stated I wanted to talk to the pharmacist, her attitude and tone of voice was rude and very disrespectful, and I told her
that to her face, she got a very nasty attitude and told me I was disrespectful.....she really pissed me
off and before I could really go off on her, the
pharmacist stepped in and wanted to know what
was the problem, and I told him about the employee
that was just there and about her attitude, all the
time I was talking to the pharmacist she was giving
me a real mean, dirty look from behind the counter
where she was working....except for getting my
meds there I dont go to that CVS at all.....I have had
other bad issues at that CVS which I will not go into..

I ordered a picture at this store I got a notification that it was ready for pickup after arriving at the store they said they couldn’t get a QR code for me to pay for it but I could go to another store and they can print it there and I can pay there but the picture was already printed and at the Camden store.

Switched to this CVS location after many, many bad experiences with the one on Clemson Rd. This one is a little out of the way, but they are always very prompt with getting our prescriptions ready and 100% worth the drive. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This location has been great for us!

I came to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my dog Tippet. I came because I had the robo call from the pharmacy saying it was ready. When I asked for the prescription the girl (African American and it the one with the piercings ) said they did t have anything. When I said I had received a call that it was ready she was less than helpful. I told her I had received a call saying it was ready she just said again ‘we don’t have anything’. Now anyone else in that store would have (1) been friendlier (2) been curious enough to investigate the situation and (3) checked the drawers anyway. None of that happened. I had to call the vet again to ask them to send it in again…tempted to change pharmacies. Barbara Beard

Ordered medicine 3 times at this location and didn't come in. I hate being forced to use CVS for insurance purposes.
