That guy Terry who works there acted like he was owed gratitude for showing up to work. The owner needs to reassess if he's front house material. Also he doesn't know what he's talking about and is going to get someone into trouble with the law or otherwise.

The lady was not only late showing up to open the store but had a child with her and wouldn't open the store for several minutes after arriving. She also got snarky when I asked if she was ready to open. Maybe get a babysitter and maybe don't be rude to people who want to purchase one of your products. I left before she even opened. I try and buy local but I won't put up with bad, apathetic service.

I’m a local and it was my first time going to Freedom First Outfitters store today. I was Greeted at the door and offered full assistance. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience overall with competitive pricing from comparison of other dealers and suppliers.

I purchased shotgun shells on their online store for 140$ 1 box of bismuth shells for 140$???!! The description says 25 rounds a box with and application of 10 which I interpreted as a case for the best price online I’ve ever seen. The owner tells me In an email that even before COVID-19 the case price would’ve been 550-600$ which with a quick search I can find them all day for 450 a case and as low as 295$!!!! I got my money back a month later finally…. Negative 5 stars is my review.. crooks
