Supposed to be open, called the store and they answered the phone and said they were open. We are literally outside...gate is closed. What's the point of having hours posted if they aren't going to be open. Why even answer the phone saying your open???

Terrible experience, bought $50 steam gift card, when taking the sticker off the code, the sticker ripped the code off too, went in and all I was basically told was I'm screwed.

The employee named Daniel that works at the location in Camden is always the least helpful. He tells me to look on the shelf whenever I ask him if there is a specific game in stock. I always have to remind him when I want a warranty on a game instead of him asking already. Me and my friends have started to go up to the door to see if he's working, he makes every conversation sound like a bother. If we see him now we won't go in. If you have a question about a game don't ask him. I've tried to figure out the days he works because I don't want to waste my time. He needs to be replaced or punished for not doing his job correctly.I love this store I hate to be treated like a bother when he's around.

My experience here has been anything but satisfactory put a game on pre order just to be told weeks after launch that they didn't have my games then when I go to get a refund I'm told that I already picked it up when I never did been over a month now with customer service stringing me along saying another 7 to 10 business days when they have had a month so don't give this location any of your business they will try and steal your money and waste your time .

Out of the many I’ve been to, this is probably the best GameStop. Much larger selection than others that are cramped in tiny shopping centers. Never had a problem with the staff, like some others in the reviews.

This is going to be a long recap of my experience but it's worth reading. The experience was ok when trading in my games through hard times. That all changed when I traded in my Nintendo Switch Lite and forgot to take my Pokemon Brilliant Diamond out. I called the store later realizing that I left it in there. The guy told me he was unable to check if it was in there because the Switch Lite was in a box and he couldn't open it without management. I requested management and he told me he would not be in till a certain time. I waited till the time I was told management would be there. I got to speak to an employee that stated he was in management but did not seem to be. Afterward, when I got there, I asked the individual in the front to check if I left my game in the Nintendo Switch Lite. She then told me she doubt it was in there. I knew it was in there at that point because she was being very obnoxious and rude. She said well it's the customer's job to make sure the games aren't in the consoles.I thought it was the employee's job but maybe not.I request that she still goes back in there and check. She comes back out with switch lite in her hand with the Switch Lite game slot open, saying see it's not in there.I was very upset because I knew she was trying to fool me. I said something on the way out because I was so upset.My question is if management was the only one to take it out of the box. How was she able to? I don't know what kind of game they are playing. I just don't want anything to do with GameStop.

Just brought a game for my daughter’s Nintendo switch and was about to wrap it when I decided to check the case… it was empty! I clearly asked the cashier was the game in it because I noticed that the display case was empty and she informed me that they keep the games behind the counter but somehow game me the empty display case…. Smh! Just ruined my Christmas!

If I could give zero stars I would went in to buy a series x scuff controller was asking to see a couple different controllers to compare and was told no like I was going to steal something the male employ was very rude I make more money in an hour then he does in a week was told to leave I will find out his name and post

had a new manager and she was great then she left and got this young girl that does not know jack. have moved all my orders back to online now it was fun while it lasted i guess
