“Yall need to teach all your employees about customers with pro accounts. Phone numbers don't work for it. There's a special bar code employees need to scan. And then customer will need to sign a receipt for lowes to keep. Every time my partner goes through this with lowes, the employees never seem to know what they're doing. So PLEASE train yall's employees about pro accounts. Thanks.”
