I was sold a tub surround and received it with two holes cut out of it and adhesive still on the back. Basically it was used. I've also had trouble in the past with items that were said to be in stock and they were not including insulation. I was trying to buy a bundle deal and denied the bundle deal just because their inventory was off by a particular rude female manager this past summer. I've been coming to Lowes for supplies to help rebuild my home that had fire damage two years ago. This store has made it VERY difficult, but since I live so close it's the best option. After this experience and after my house is rebuilt, I will cut ties with Lowes unless your service changes and better help is provided. In fact, I remember the name of the manager was Sandra

Service at Lowes was ok, but the warranty offered on appliances through Assurant is a waste of money. Either put aside the money you would spend on the warranty to hire your own repair person when needed or add appliance coverage through your home warranty. Never again with Assurant!

We moved into a home in late September. Since that time, we have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars worth of goods. Flooring, stove, microwave, kitchen counter tops, lights ceiling fans, chain link fence, etc. The one thing that has been consistent is that they cannot accomplish a simple delivery of pretty much anything. Delivered part of our flooring to wrong address. Corrected it and sent some of our stuff. Installers show up, they say not all materials here. We called and found that they resent the missing materials to the wrong address again. Reschedule. So another month gone. Completely inept. We have given them the correct address 4 times now.Update 10-19.They told us they would call by Wednesday 10 18 with a flooring update. They did. They called and said "still don't know, we will call you friday". This for quarter rounds to lay flooring. Flooring that has been sitting in our house for weeks. Today, they told us our counter tops are in the store waiting for us to sign some online document. Which we signed on September 12th. When my wife told them it had been signed already, they said they needed to transfer her to another person. She is 100% over hearing that lowes does not know our address, cannot give an answer on when our flooring trim will arrive, or whether or not we have signed for our counters. Unfreakingbelievable.Update. They just called and said the replacement items (that were mis delivered to the wrong address twice) would now arrive on November 3rd. They will call again to schedule installers. We started this process with the floors in mid September.UPDATE 10-26. Lowes called and said "it looks like you are getting your accessories this Saturday. No, wait, it says that's when their going to be delivered to the store. But we don't take deliveries on Saturday, so we'll have to call you back". It just keeps getting worse.

I don't even know why I'm giving a survey because it does no good when it involves Lowe's. I had taken some items back a couple of weeks ago for about $17.00 and was informed the money would be put back into my bank acct. since I payed by debit card. Well, I didn't know that it takes approximately 15 days for the money to go back into my acct.Now $17.00 is not much but what if it were an amount like $500.00. I've found out over the web that this is a big issue for a lot of customers every day. Well, this tells me that when I make a large purchase, I'll be sure to pay in cash so if I do need to return the item then they'll pay me back in cash.

My grandparents went there today to look at tubs and showers. During checkout they were told that they would be helped when loading it into their truck. Mind you my grandpa has COPD and just had a heart attack a few months ago, and my grandma had gotten a hip operation recently. They are both in their late 60’s. They waited for about 30 minutes and struggled to lift it into their truck. No help came. LAZY WORKERS!!! I wish I was there with them today to raise h311.

Very helpful staff. If not in store, it's online. Only place in town I found has coax connectors for longer cords to reach an antenna. So happy with my Venus Fly Traps.

James was very helpful to us. We needed glass cut for a window repair. He cut it perfectly and made sure we had the other supplies needed for the install. He also gave us information regarding tool rentals. He gets a 10.

Unfortunately, we have issues every time we use Lowes. We only use them if it's the only option. We would rather give our money to local businesses. Lowes always offers us a 10% discount with every issue, but there have been quite a few issues that called for bigger rectification. We still haven't heard back from the issues we had last time.

Lowe's is not what it used to be. Music selections are designed to run off customers.. ...but, Camden Lowe's is very nice!

Employees are almost always helpful at the Camden Lowes. Joe in the window department was extremely helpful! He found the perfect window for my chicken coop!
