“Jaye did a wonderful job getting us phones and transferring my account from Spectrum. Before my switch my speed was so slow it was not worth having it for the low price. Definitely Verizon is an improvement. I’m a disabled Vet so I got a discount off my total don’t know it’s monthly but it’s ok I’d rather have reliable service no matter the cost! I’m depending on my phone for emergencies and to use my phone for any health problems. I use Apple Iwatch to keep my blood pressure and ECG check me for unusual rhythms. So I thank Jaye for assisting us stay safe and her customer service skills are top notch, wise on the computer and made sure we got out with a new phone and my Internet.”

“I usually don't give 5 stars on anything because ONLY JESUS is perfect. Today though, I was blessed to get an issue resolved that I have been trying to get resolved for a week or so. I have been trying to back up my info for my phone because I have to send my current phone off to be fixed because of the software and nobody was able to help me. I came into the store twice in 3 days but today, Kelley was there. He took the time to listen to my issue with my situation and the phone itself. He was focused on resolving my issue and very attentive. He eventually figured out how to back my phone's info up & I was and am very grateful for his expertise, politeness and professionalism. “Ashley who works at the bakery helped us even when we were rushed to make a cake for 50 people and she had great customer service and was amazing timeing, a spot on employee. She completed in record timing she was kind and helpful. She is amazing and I think employees like that will make me want to go to walmart more.”
