They called about my grandchild getting new glasses this year. I told the lady the glasses he received last time were too small! She said, “ we asked him (6 year old) how they felt”. They did zero measuring the first time or second time. She said “ his insurance would only pay for the exact same pair this year too”. I always purchase an extra pair that transition due to sunlight irritation out of pocket but not this time. I picked the insurance pair up for emergency situations. They are still too small even after the so called adjusting to make them fit. He has an imprint on the side of his head from the arms! He’s a growing kid he should be measured every time! For the extra pair we went to Walmart vision and I learned a lot, ordered him a pair that fits, with the transition lens, and we can get 2 pair for the price I paid for the extra pair I purchased there last year. We’ll go to Columbia for someone who takes his insurance. As will the rest of the family! I hope they enjoyed the money they made off his insurance pair! They lost thousands of dollars in sales from all of us. The store accepted no responsibility for not measuring his head and checking things properly the first year and even after being told they were too tight made him get the exact same pair for the next year. How can you do that to a kid? No kid is ever expected to stay the same size every year!

5 to 10 minutes late and they embarrassed me by being loud that I was late even tho I had 10:45 and the explain they don't make appointments for 10:45 real loud. I would have been only 5 or 10 minutes late by arriving at 10:20 and they said my appointment was for 10:15 and would not see my 14 year old.They did ask loudly if I wanted to make another appointment.I did not!

I came in not being a current or previous customer asking for them to adjust my glasses. The woman that helped me was friendly and adjusted them. I put it on and it felt exactly the same and I asked for more and she said she couldn’t because it would put too much pressure on me. Then as I left I looked at the lens and there was a big scratch right in the center. I really didn’t want to go back in because I hate confrontation but, I take really good care of my glasses and I use them a lot and a scratch is very annoying to look through every day all day. So I reluctantly return and ask if they accidentally scratched if ( hoping they would admit it and offer to do something about it) but she said she didn’t touch the lens and it was already there, probably because of the glass case etc etc. well I know this is not right cause I keep really good care if my glasses and keep them in a felt case wrapped in the cleaning rag so At that point I didn’t want to get into any arguments with anybody cause I couldn’t prove anything so I left. I did not have a good experience with them.

Called to make an appointment and spoke with Amanda. She was great. Went in to check out their frames and she was even more awesome in person. Will definitely be using them for my eye care from now on.

Have been going to Folline Vision for many years and have always had amazing service. Dr. Morris is patient and doesn’t hurry through the exam. Terrific customer service.

I went there for a eye exam and the doctor dilated my eyes as soon as the exam was over the lady's up there started showing me glasses and I kept saying that I can't see but that didn't matter one of them got a mirror out a drawer and held it up as another lady brought more glasses for me to try on instead they should have told me to come back the next day when I could see better and like I said I could not see so I just picked a pair and paid half then and the rest when I came to get them well I went to get them and I did not like them at all but it didn't matter because I was out of a little over three hundred dollars because they forced me to pick a pair of glasses when I told them I couldn't see .

I stopped by there this morning because my glasses needed repair. This is the second time that I have used their service(s). The optician that works there is EXCELLENT. I am really picky about my glasses; I cannot function without them. She repaired promptly while I waited. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Insurance is trash , for example I broke a lens and when I took it up there they asked for the lens like I was suppose to pick up all the shattered pieces. Save your money.

Staff was rude. I was taking someone who had an appointment and the lady checked his temp and slammed the door in my face without even the courtesy of telling me they only allow one person at a time. Common courtesy goes a long way.

Went in with insurance questions and they were so knowledgeable you would have thought they worked for the insurance company. If you want to go somewhere that takes Eyemed and get the best for your money this is definitely the place to go. Hilda and Amanda are great!!! Best frame selection in town.
