Mr Ralph the technician did a great job. He was courteous and professional. I appreciate his calm demeanor ( I was a little warm with the prior 2 appointment to install that we're canceled by Safe lite); however Mr Ralph - pleasant attitude and kind conversation eased my mind and my bearing.
