This is the least reliable pharmacy we've ever used. Extremely long wait times, don't answer the phone, and constantly missing or late filling prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff should be ashamed at the way they spoke to some of their patients. This was my first time ever having a prescription sent here and I will never be back.

We had a good experience for the exception of the wait time for the pharmacy (they were really busy) and the make up isle was very empty. All the employees were very pleasant, polite, kind, and wore a smile on their faces.

Pharmacy is useless at this location. Every single month my prescriptions are the same. They never answer the phone when it’s time to refill. Went again earlier this evening to no avail still haven’t received all of my medication. I think it’s pretty sad when you have to go every single day just to find out when you’re already home and still haven’t received all of your medication.

I've been waiting a month to get my shingles vaccine. They keep canceling appointments, or something else goes wrong (label printer issues, snow storm, don't have time, etc). Then, you have to call and wait 45 min + on hold, or choose to drive up there, which is not feasible for anyone just to check on things, but especially me because I live in Rembert. Today, I requested a prescription transfer for the vaccine, and the lady definitely had a tone with me and hung up. I can tell they are overwhelmed due to staffing issues or whatever else, but it should not be impacting their customers!

I have been in the phone for an hour waiting for the staff to answer the phone. This is ridiculous! Where is the customer service?

This pharmacy no longer lets doctors and nurses leave messages. How many doctors or nurses do you know that have 45 minutes to wait on hold? I encourage all of my patients to change to a smaller and more responsive pharmacy.

I have been waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to speak to a member of the pharmacy. I am out of town and I can not get there. I am still waiting to talk to them about a rx that I can not get until Saturday. This is Thursday 01/09/25. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Walgreens needs to get their proverbial shit together. They are getting more and more like cvs.

Worst pharmacy. Never had a good experience. They are rude also. The pharmacist lies as well. My elderly mother tried to get her out of town prescription filled on 30 Dec 2024. The pharmacist said she would call my mother’s drug store to get it. She never called. EVERY EXPERIENCE IS BAD. ALWAYS!

Customer service is the WORST!!! You call and get the same answer on the recording. No one answer. The service says one call ahead of me. That's been almost 20 minutes. I'm sure they are not taking calls and looking at the phone. Why do I keep giving this pharmacy a chance?

The pharmacy is the worst. Either they misplace your medication and can’t find it or they have problems billing your insurance. Let’s not talk about the hold times on the phone waiting to talk to pharmacy staff. I’ve had a prescription waiting since Monday to be filled and here it is Thursday and it has yet to be touched and I am one day from being out of the medication. Unprofessional. I normally use mail order for my medication but this is a control and have to use local. After this fill I am moving over to Hawthorne’s!

The pharmacy doesn’t bother to pull prescriptions sent in by a doctor for several hours, or until you are there to get them. Get ready to wait in the same long line twice. Every time.

This is the worst service I have ever received and I have never left a bad review
. These guys get back from lunch late and then treat the customers dust disrespectfully.
