We had one of Walmarts tires go bad and we paid for the extra care on them so we came in to get replaced. (Note it went bad while we are in another state from home. Checked in and after about 15 mins of waiting after he took our info the clerk walked off. I had to go find him and give him my keys and the wheel lock. We shopped in Walmart for about 2 hours while one of the female employees was just cussing under her breath at shoppers because they put the box back on the shelf upside down. Then we went to check on our vehicle and he never put it in the system. About an hour later they called us and said they can't fix tire (this is after we told them it had a side wall issue and wouldn't be able to fix) and dont have any in stock. Told us it would be 3 more days till in. Do not use this company or store. Also when asked why would anyone buy the service they would reimburse us for it. If we came in the day the manager is here. WE DONT LIVE HERE.!!!!

Half the cash registers were recently replaced with self-checkouts at my store (Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC), no customer service, items constantly out of stock, aisles/areas blocked with "we're gonna stock these someday" carts, invasive facial recognition scanning at self checkouts, employees no longer know anything about any of the departments they work in.I used to shop twice a month for most of my groceries, toiletries, etc. Now I only come once every 4-6 weeks for a couple of specific items.I do 99.99% of my shopping at Publix. I'm on fixed income, but happy to spend more for better quality, service, etc.

Poorest customer service around. Took 39+ minutes to relieve my online order. Was on hold for over 25 minutes with the operator have to transfer the call back numerous times and no on ever answered. Management needs to do better . Customers deserve better.

I go very often to this place but I'm having a hard time finding assistance. Today I requested help for an item locked up in the car service area. I asked 5 different people and they refused to help. Finally one employee called numerous times but no help came. The service is not acceptable. I wonder why 4 people finally appeared when I kept requesting a manager. I wonder if it is the stores management not capable or unwilling to help the customers. Five people waiting for over 20 minutes! Yes, it was important! Need names, check today's employment roster assigned to that area I21. What is it! I'm not important enough or is it that there is no commitment because it is NOT their business. I hope this improves or I will keep going up that latter. I'm sure someone will listen.

Called to ask about tires in stock on 8/25/22 @ exactly 16:33... someone picks up and hangs up. Called back again @ 16:36... again, hung up. Low class! I'll go somewhere else

I called to see if they had something in stock, and the girl told me to hold while she looked. after one or two minutes she hung up the phone without answering.

I'm sick and tired of employees standing at the exit creating yet another line to show a reciept for purchase. wal Mart wants everyone who shops at this store to made to feel like a thief. I will shop elsewhere from now on. They are always out of stock anyway. Poor management .

Everytime I go to this location they are never stocked I can go first thing in the morning and it doesn't matter...workers are in the way won't move but Denny really working either, store is filthy, and if I place a pickup order it's never for the time I put always delayed and you never know when it'll be ready which the reason for picking a time is so I got my groceries when I'm available not the other way around....super annoying and of course the only Walmart around...they need to get it together and hire more people...and maybe they need to add another Walmart to the county one just doesn't cut it for the amount of people who live here now.

Today I had a cringeworthy experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Camden SC. I was assaulted while in the check out line. As I was coming to the register, the patron in front of me had left her cart, blocking the conveyor. I moved the cart ahead to access the conveyor to unload my cart. the conveyor was more than half empty. The patron turned on me and loudly exclaimed, "If you touch my cart again, I'll come up side your head". I told her Ma'am, you have just communicated a threat of violence against my person. That is assault; I should call the police." The cashier clearly heard both sides of the conversation, yet did not call the manager, and indeed, denied that she had heard the treat communicated, saying she was not part of the conversation. I am a hanicapped senior, and my assailant was at least half my age, and bigger than I am. with her rudely violent demeanor, I deemed the threat credible. Without the assistance of the store personnel, I was unable to report this assault to the police. After returning home, I called Walmart to speak to the Front Manager who advised me there was nothing they could have done, and I was at fault because, "You shouldn't have touched her buggy in the first place." To be honest, I am not sure that I feel safe shopping in this Walmart location, anymore.

I removed one of my own grocery bags that seemed full from the bagging area and put it in my cart. ROBIN. Slapped the counter with both hands in anger like a toddler... I was shocked.

Why does the Walmart in Camden have 2 checkouts open on a Saturday then you go to self check out they only take cards and no cash back. If Walmart isn't going to pay is to checkout our own groceries atleast let us use/get cash! Anytime you go into this store there's boxes blocking isles and no one stocking. Do better Walmart, do better!

How can you have soo many registers but only 3 or 4 cashiers? Then you have about 15 self checkout lines but they only take credit cards? This sucks & is a waste of my time. I get my prescriptions filled here but I'm going to change that real soon. This is not professional or acceptable.

It's so convenient to do pickups that take as much time as going in and getting it f*** this screw employees. One was outside smoking weed, the other eating hardee's and it said they were busy serving other people?? yeah no
