purchased 250 Christmas stocking @75% off after Christmas , (two shopping carts full) knowing I would be stopped going out the door for a receipt check , and I was stopped ,so I politely told the Walmart employee you'll have to count every item in my carts if I have to show you my receipt , I kept right on walking, no receipt shown

What's the point of having a Lawn and Garden center with checkout lanes but no cashiers? Customers have to hike all the way to the front of the store to check out and then all the way back to their cars parked by L&G. I know this is no revelation but com'mon Walmart.

Worst place for pick up! Long lines, can’t pick up in store, when you call the pick up department no one answers, operator has zero idea what’s going on anywhere and isn’t helpful in answering any questions. I’d you have to go do it yourself and spare yourself the “convenience” of pick up because it’s nothing but a hassle and a waste of time!

Always crowded. Never have all items needed. Tip to managers order alot more of the products people buy the most, And alot less of the product that collects dust on the shelf.

I went to Walmart on 2/3/24 to do grocery shopping. They had 2/3 of the registers closed. Also, the self checkout was closed. There were lines well in to the product sections. I asked why there were so few registers open and I got “ I don’t know “. Anyway, I turned around and left. Why ?Because I did not want to wait an hour in line to check out. I went to a different store and did my shopping. FYI….whatever you were trying to accomplish, your customers were very unhappy. I’m not going to spend an hour shopping and then have to wait an hour to check out. Very POOR management on a busy Saturday.

This is a review of the customer service of Debbie in electronics. I personally watched her deal with the most disgruntled and disrespectful customer with grace and kindness. It was crazy how aggressive the man was and how her accommodating his temper tantrum deescalated the situation and even seemed to make him feel a guilty for his behavior. Y’all need 100 more of her in this store.
