I initially loved this vet clinic. Everyone is really nice, I felt that my cat got great care, and they called to check on her after treatment. It is notoriously expensive but my pet is a priority so I am happy to pay for the best treatment. My cat has some health problems again that are probably related to her past issues. Despite the fact that she has been unwell for a week over the holidays while we were traveling, the clinic could not see her for 5 days. My only option was to drop her off and leave her all day until they can find the time to check her out. That really is not acceptable, and she would have found it very stressful. Other people have told me they experienced the same thing, that the clinic could never fit them in in a timely manner. If your animal is sick, its vet should find the time to see them ASAP, no matter how busy they are. I immediately located a vet clinic/surgery in the same area that was happy to work her in within 24 hours. Barring problems or incompetence, I'd say I've found a new vet clinic for my beloved pet.

They got my doggie in last minute and treated him as if they have known him forever. Facility is clean and friendly. Amazing staff! My pup seemed to feel right at home! So glad to have been recommended to them!

Dr Wiley and staff are so friendly and caring about your pets. They make you feel like one of the family.

Great place with great staff! My dogs even enjoyed going because they did not get into any fights with the other dogs. They were kind enough to even put our dogs in a separate waiting area/room in the past.
