“These guys are great, I needed a windshield motor and circuit board for my 1990 Chevy truck, the parts on the computer didn’t match up , this was the case with all the auto parts stores; if anyone showed both parts together, they were out of stock, The Chevy dealership in Spartanburg said they could order them , take 7-9 days at a cost of $650 , these guys finally found me one after a lot of digging and reaching for less than $70 , love these guys”
“I have had many vehicles serviced at Cummins locations across the Southeast and Midwest and this is hands down the best to work with. Kevin, Dave, and Amanda on the service side are very attentive and accommodating. Tim at the parts counter always gets the right part quickly. I wish they stocked more parts for same day pickup, but parts are usually available next day though Atlanta distribution so I can usually get by.”

“We were in a crash on the afternoon of July 3rd, on the busy holiday weekend, and needed a tow from the crash site on the highway. Tim came to do the tow and he very kindly went out of his way to get us to a car rental place, spending more than 30 minutes driving us as there were very limited rental car locations with availability. He made calls himself to try to help us find a rental car, and got us back on the road and on our way to our vacation, despite a really challenging experience. He was especially kind to our 8 year old son who was understandably upset about the crash, and he was the silver lining to the car crash experience for us!
I highly recommend Brant's - the professionalism, ease of working with them and their helpfulness throughout our experience.”
“Absolutely phenomenal customer service in this store. It's hard for me to go into any auto store as a young woman, as I'm usually met with condescending comments. If you know, you know. Not that it matters now, because after today... this will be the only auto care store I use.
I was looking for a few simple things for my car, struggling to read part numbers I'd scribbled down, comparing prices, etc. All the while, my 2 young kids chose chaos in that moment. Running rampant, touching EVERYTHING. Every tired parent's DREAM- right?
Brian S. asked if I needed any help. He walked me to the area I needed, gave me a few pointers and information that was *actually helpful. He then proceeded to then play with my daughters and give them free toy ducks- usually $2.99. ? He showed them behind the counter and just talked with them about silly nonsense while I wrapped up what I needed to do. I was able to do get my things and check out so much quicker (without fear of shelves tumbling over) because Brian understands customer service doesn't always pertain to the job itself. Sometimes it just means to be a kind and observant human.
I have never had a bad experience here, but today was just over the top fantastic! I never leave reviews, but this was non-negotiable for me. That man needs a raise!”
