“I broke down right down the road from Columbus Service Center, about 2 hours from home. After running diagnostics, they suggested I take my car to the Honda dealer for more advanced diagnostics because it could be a computer issue (or not, haha).
Randy was very helpful in finding a tow company and the price for the diagnostics was fair.
If I broke down again in Columbus, I'd choose Columbus Service Center again.”

“We limped to the service center after noon with a loss of power. Not fun when traveling the surrounding mountains! We were greeted by Dave who promptly did a quick assessment and checked with his team as we parked the coach. He said they would do a diagnostic in the morning and go from there. True to their word, they checked it out in the morning while we were out for breakfast, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair before noon. Every member of the team there was a pleasure to deal with, Amanda gave us the summary of their findings, the repairs and said we were good to get back on the road. Less than 24 hrs to back on the road! Just outstanding service! Best experience we've ever had with any of the several Cummins service centers we've visited. Can't say enough good things about this place and the team there.”
