“@Cynthia Olson, Guessing your pre-paid label was from a Landrum address, which is why they referred you to the Landrum post office? Landrum is in South Carolina vs. Tryon being in North Carolina. It's not the distance it's the state ? BTW, this happened to me, too. Ebay defaulted to my previous address in a different state. All I had to do was pay the difference in postage. Happily paid, no snark included!”

Personal working at this location are amazing. I had issue with receiving a package, called to 800 number, and got no help at all. Stopped by Landrum USPS and lady was extremely helpful, helped locate a package, and helped out with delivery.

Brian at the counter and Patty were on it and called the carrier and he went to where he accidentally delivered the present too. It was at my house before I got home from the post office. “I had an issue with a package that I had a tracking number for and the package and it kept going to Chesnee and the people in Chesnee took it to Campobello where it was supposed to be and the folks in Campobello called me and delivered it to me as she was headed home. Could not have ask for any better service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a package that had a mistake of one number on the shipping label. Thank you again.”
