The staff is efficient, patient, and helpful, whether I’m shipping a package, mailing certified documents, or just asking a random question about postage options.
They move the line quickly but never make you feel rushed. It’s clean, organized, and well run.

Personal working at this location are amazing. I had issue with receiving a package, called to 800 number, and got no help at all. Stopped by Landrum USPS and lady was extremely helpful, helped locate a package, and helped out with delivery.
In my book it A+ customer service!!!”

“I had an issue with a package that I had a tracking number for and the package and it kept going to Chesnee and the people in Chesnee took it to Campobello where it was supposed to be and the folks in Campobello called me and delivered it to me as she was headed home. Could not have ask for any better service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for a package that had a mistake of one number on the shipping label. Thank you again.”
