do yourself a favor and find you a better bank that cares about working things out with you especially if you've been a member for over 15 years like I have. My issue,, I don't just have my authority around like that and they go on vacation. It takes me a little while to save up so haven't taken a family outing in quite a while. Want to surprise my wife and take her out of town to Myrtle Beach for her birthday, tried booking a nice hotel for $600 through booking.com which you've never used before unfamiliar with but we download the app and it everything we were instructed to do we never did get a confirmation number, spent the next day and that rest of that week, calling texting emailing blowing booking.com up, but they would not talk to nobody unless we had a confirmation number which was the reason why we were calling in to begin with to get a confirmation number to go out of town on a three day vacation for my wife's birthday, what made it worse in the middle of the night? My wife got email saying someone logged into our booking account. We just knew we were hacked with all these state-of-the-art scammers and hackers on the web happens every day so he immediately did with any other American would have done call the bank report a fraud for them to please help protect my $600 that I think I'm about to get done for me.. Well we did everything instructed and we're supposed to do. I cannot tell you how many times over the next three months my bank. (Allsouth Federal Credit Union) assured me do not worry do not worry you will get your money back because I forgot to mention once we booked the hotel through booking within a matter of 30 seconds $600 was deducted from my checking account just like that, but again we're following our banks, instructions, and doing what we're supposed to so we wait and wait and wait calling the bank once a week to check in being assured, that's probably the process you'll get your money back,, well about altogether three months or so we finally get a letter in the mail about two weeks ago, stating that again my bank (Allsouth Federal Credit Union) again who I've been a loyal member with for over 15 years said that they found no-fault with booking.com, and that booking.com said we never attempted to try to get in touch with them so we were losing our $600 hard earned dollars, of course we immediately tried contacting the bank to ask if we could show them all the proof I have we have so much proof my wife screenshoted and saved every time she attempted to get in touch a booking.com, but could not I would not talk to us because we did not have a confirmation number. If I could just go in there and show them that I could prove my case, and prove that and get my money back, but they don't wanna hear it. They just want to be done with it., the one big piece of evidence I have is that booking.com said they sent the confirmation to my wife's AOL email account which has been a debt account for over 10 years lol lol, just for shoots and giggles. I tried emailing a test email to her AOL account. And it immediately told me Mel would not go through because this is not a working account so my thing is how can booking.com tell my bank they sent my confirmation number to her email account that which is a dead, no longer in use email???. but again my bank must be done with it and not try and help me out one of their members for over 15 years I'm not asking you to take my word. I'm asking them to give me 15 minutes to show them my proof to prove my case, but they were not., so long story short when I get my things together, we will be leaving this horrible, horrible, horrible banking institution ( Allsouth Federal Credit Union) and find another bank institution that wants me as a member in my business, and will truly have my best interest at hand. I have banked here for years. Great service and super fast with dealing with loans. The only bad thing is they need to come down on the interest rates. I want to keep my loans here but will refinance with others if they don't come down.

I have been with AllSouth since 2013 and have not had any major issues. They were kind enough to approve me for a phenomenal house refinance for 10 years at 2.5%. The very next day after I closed on that loan, my minivan died and I had to take a car loan out immediately. I went through them via the dealership and they approved me for 2.5% for 6 years. This was in 2013 when the economy was much different, but nonetheless they had the lowest rates in town for both home and auto loans. Since then, if I have to visit the branches, which I usually visit Cayce or Lexington, the face-to-face service is excellent most of the time. I have found that it is best to establish a relationship with these credit unions and get to know one or two of the frontline employees so you won't have too much resistance or stress when making in-person transactions. If you are dealing with new employees, or old ones that don't know you, it might be challenging at times to do large transactions. However, I think this is typical at every financial institution. For the best loan rates, and no silly fees, AllSouth is a great choice for banking.

Need a number too reach the actual bank cause the number I call can't never find my account and now I been waiting for a new card for a month now but yet gonna charge me maintenance fees cause I haven't used my card 14 times

The worse bank you can ever have they will lie to your face and tell you you are wrong when you point it out to them. I have fraudulent activity on my account and a deposit that was not supposed to happen came through. I called them and told them it needed to be returned. They are refusing to return the money a representative even went as far as to tell me I shouldn’t have overdrawn my account before she knew that it was fraudulent activity on it. I have never felt so disrespected in my life and I have been with them for years. I am not someone who goes to the bank a lot for anything I guess that is why I never knew how bad their customer service is. The representatives said it is not there problem. The deposit is not mine I don’t know how it got in my account and they don’t care all they care about is the fact it cover some of the funds that is fraudulent missing from my account.

I recently went to the Knox Abbott branch. I had to refinance my car, and Brittany was so patient and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend her and this branch! They have been so nice and helpful every time I've been!!

After 5.30pm I went to Bush River Road location and the teller machine was down, go to Cayce location it won’t let me deposit a check. I switched banks a couple months ago and I feel likeI made a big mistake moving to this bank and will be going back to Wells Fargo.

Closed account after being racially discriminated against, my husband an I both had masks on as required but they would not let my husband inside with me and once I was inside there was another white couple standing in the lobby not to mention the door greeter was rude and nervous acting from the time he opened the door. Called to complain and management excuses behavior by saying she wasn't there so she can't say how we felt was actually the case, I'll go deposit my funds elsewhere

This is a review of the Member Service Reps on the phone. I've called a few times and they are always rude and uncaring. Also since I have a basic checking account , so apparently I dont qualify for Mobile Deposit. I've never heard of such a thing. I've banked with other credit unions and banks and this has never been an issue. The Rep could have tried to assist me or offer an upgrade to the account but she was rude and uncaring about my issue as a Member. I will be closing my account soon.
