A new pharmacy technician there could really benefit from more training in customer service and communication. She repeatedly told me that my child was not in the system while trying to send me to the drop-off side, even after I explained several times that I had already received a call saying my child’s prescription was ready.
She later said my child had multiple profiles, which was confusing since she is a newborn getting her first prescriptions ever. I asked if there could be a spelling issue with her name, but she said no without even checking.
She still had me go over to the drop-off side because of the error with the multiple profiles. The staff member at the drop-off counter told me she fixed the profile issue, but the situation should have been handled better from the start. I spent over 15 minutes trying to fix an error that was made on their end before I could even get the prescription. I normally utilize the drive-thru but it was so packed I figured I would go inside thinking it would be quicker—Negative. I think I will look for another pharmacy.
**S/N:** Working somewhere that constantly stresses you out will drain your peace, your patience, and eventually your health. No job is worth losing yourself over. If you truly don’t like where you work, QUIT and do something that you enjoy instead girl.

I called to use automated system to order refills. After redialing 5 times because system just didn't work, (I didn't think the previous systems could get any worse but they have truly outdone themselves this time) I called for the store manager and explained the problem. Her response was that she couldn't transfer me but she would walk me through it. I listened as she went through the prompts with her personal info --just as I had done 5 times. Her reply when I asked her to walk back to the pharmacy and have me connected was that she couldn't do that. But it gets better.
I then called the corporate office. After explaining the problem, I was transferred. I know I was transferred because, after a moment if silence, I asked if I had been transferred and was told I had been. After dealing with attitude, no name of who I was speaking with, and hearing constant heavy sniffling, I again asked to be transferred. When I ended up back at Square one, the original menu, I ended the call.
My prescriptions are in the process of being transferred to a family owned pharmacy.

I stopped in because I was with a buddy and did not feel like going to my normal place. I needed OTC allergy medication to combat this awful pollen. It was $17.79! Three items were $37. I didn't have a discount card and some items were 50% off. The cashier did not use a store card, so I paid full price. Utterly ridiculous and in hindsight, I should have walked out seeing the price! I can get the allergy meds fr $6.99 elsewhere. I won't be back.

Sebastian was super awesome. I even attempted to call back up to let the pharmacist know what an amazing experience I had with Sebastian. I walked up as soon as clocked in asking for help and without any hesitations I was assisted. It service like that I definitely appreciate and I’ll always be a customer of you all. Again thanks SEBASTIAN YOU ROCK 🤘🏾 🥰

I liked how they had two self check outs, that is very nice. I was also very happy that the young cashier I interacted with was able to help me out. I came here after the manager at another CVS was unable to access my health insurance OTC balance and the kind young man who was working today at this location was able to easily help me - maybe he should be promoted to manager at the other location- just a thought : )

Ladies at the front desk show excellent customer service prices are a bit high, but they do offer. Good coupons to help.

My doctor attempted to send my prescriptions to this location multiple times but the pharmacy never received them. The first pharmacy tech was very polite but another was very unprofessional. I arrived close to closing time and was treated as if I was not important and I was an inconvenience to them.

THIS PHARMACY FILLED A PARTIAL PRESCRIPTION WITHOUT CHECKING TO SEE IF IT WAS URGENT OR COULD I WAIT 2 DAYS FOR STOCK TO COME IN. (i HAD ENOUGH TO WAIT) THAT CHANGED MY DATE AND REQUIRES ME TO GO SEPPARATELY TO PICK UP ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION INSTEAD OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS BEING ALL TOGETHER. (ESPECAILLY BECAUSE THE DRIVE THRU LIINE IS ALWAYS LONG) . ADD THAT TO THE PERSON AT THE WINDOW WHO SAID, i DROPPED YOUR CREDIT CARD INTO THE BAG, INSTEAD OF HANDING IN TO THE CUSTOMER. (INCREASE RISK OF LOSING CREDIT CARD). I AM MOVING MY PHARMACY TO WALGREENS SO I DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS POOR SERVICE!

Have been getting my prescriptions there for 10 years now. Two are narcotics, so I have to call the day of to get it filled. Last month called in the am, they said it would be ready at 11:30am. So waited until after lunch went to pick up up .( I live a hour away, this is the closest one to me) when I got there at 2:30 pm I was informed they did not have my medication , it was ordered but didn’t know when they would get it. That was a Friday , . Came in On Monday but went 3 days without my medicine . The month before waited 3 hours for them to fill one prescription and called in the morning to get it filled. This has happened many times through out the 10 years always a different excuse . They normally have the prescription a week before I can pick it up because of the 30 day law. So when they get the prescription I don’t know why they can’t fill it and have it ready so when I pick it up on the day it is due. I have been picking this up for 10 years so they can see I pick it up every month. But instead they don’t fill it then when it is due tell me they had to order it. Even though they had the prescription for a week. If it wasn’t preferred by my insurance I would definitely never use CVS, the people are rude they do not care about their customers. Hoping to be able to switch to Walgreens next year cause CVS get worst

The head Pharmacist was so rude it's not even I went into get prescription. I dropped fields and wanted to know how much it would be with my copay. The fellow in the back to go see if it was there. They didn't have the medicine as if I wanted to see another if another CVS had it. I said sure they said that no CVS in the 20 mile radius. Carrie that I drop then the head pharmacist proceeded to tell me it's expensive anyway. You are you to tell me I work and have insurance thank you
