It's 3:20 pm. I just left the CVS On Charleston Hwy. I used my coupon for my loyalty discount. I punched in my phone number Christina in no uncertain .terms exclaimed "THIS IS NOT YOUR COUPON" She she was trying to get intowas of course wrong. No manners at all! Terrible customer service skills. She used my name so it was pulling up in system. It was an angry hateful comment.. Very hostile. She should be fired.

Like this CVS, they did not have in stock the med I needed to start taking on Sunday, they were very helpful , they called another location to check stock and I could pick up today (Saturday). The gentleman I talked to was very courteous and helpful.

Went in to price a gel pack cold pack. Staff person I talked to took me right to the aisle and product. On the way out she answered several questions I had about CVS register coupons.

I have been on hold for 30mins and counting...What is going on in the pharmacy?!? I could have driven to the store and back home in that time. Very Unhappy with this location currently. Edit, waited over 1hour 15 mins.

Long wait times. It's been more than 15 minutes and I was the only one picking up a prescription. Turned around and now they have 4 people waiting as well.

Would give 0 stars, but google will not let me. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening and providing solutions, very quick to “kick the can” down the road and imply the issue(s) customers raise are the customers problem, not theirs. The store is either understaffed or incompetent to do the job. This store has brought in technicians that are young kids who appear to be more interested in a paycheck than helping people with questions, concerns or issues.Cant remember the last time a prescription or refill was called in by Dr and filled same day. Usually takes 2-3 days after meds have been called in to fill.For your own good go to another provider, or if you’re stuck with CVS becuase of insurance,like me, find yourself another location.

If I could leave negative stars I would. If you get confused about the date on your prescription the pharmacy will delete any other prescriptions you have then put a note Dr called and cancelled and then lie and say you can still pick it up on the following refill day. I called my Dr and they said he never called and told them to cancel the prescription.

I've been going to this particular store for quite some time now, sorry to say That I will be changing stores, This store is so very dirty I don't think they ever had a cleaning company the floors are so filthy , the people are not very friendly at all ,If my insurance would let me I would still be at Walgreens , so Instead I'll be looking for another CVS hoping it is cleaner and friendly.
