CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. They offer both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays. Customers have had mixed experiences at CVS locations. Some report long wait times and issues with pharmacy staff, with one customer being quoted a higher price than expected. However, others have praised the pharmacy staff for their helpfulness, thorough explanations, and prompt service. The CVS on Charleston Highway near I-26 is noted as a better location to visit compared to others. In addition to COVID-19 testing and pharmacy services, CVS also offers photo printing services. Customers have been very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the photo prints, with one customer describing their experience as "FANTASTIC WORK" and stating they will not go anywhere else for their photo needs. Overall, CVS appears to provide a mixed experience, with some locations and services performing better than others. Customers recommend checking the specific CVS location and services needed before visiting.
The CVS on Knox Abbott is the best. They are professional but friendly, extremely helpful, and kind. I visit this CVS about three times a week, and I am always greeted with a warm, welcoming smile.
