This was the most disrespectful discourteous service I have every received. The girl making food had 3 inch nails and wore no gloves! Imagine the cross contamination and worst mishandling of food I have ever seen!It was 9am on Saturday the 23rd, I placed my order in the app ahead of time, my card was charged. I ordered a few sandwiches, coffees and donuts for our road trip for the day. We go to the store about 9:20. There was no order. I showed the girl handling the drive thru she confirmed on my screen the correct shop and the order was placed and charged but our order "was not on the screen". The young gentlemen behind the counter said I can get your coffees and donuts but not your sandwiches. We went to the counter gave the young men the coffee order and requested our two donuts. I thanked them graciously and went to the sandwich counter to wait for our sandwiches. After about five minutes I asked Miss Nails if she was making our sandwiches. She informed me I can't they aren't on the screen. I said to her that the other lady at drive thru confirmed our order and the payment, what's the issue. She said I can't take this then disappeared to the back. After a couple of minutes she came back and approached me asking to see the order on my phone. I went to open the app and said I don't know what the issue is the order was confirmed by the boys up front and the drive thru girl confirmed order and payment so I don't see what the problem is. She saw the order on the app. Miss Nails smirked as I went to pull up the order and it was gone from my phone. At that moment she got very defensive and the boys at the counter quickly backed her up. I turned to her stating the $10 loss was not worth sitting there arguing so we turned and left.I will never return there no matter how much I want my dunkin I'll go out of my way to avoid those nasty rude disrespectful bunch of employees. No more than children. I have never been so offended in my life.

Large ice coffee with almond then I request 3 more shots of almond milk. I'm paying for the almond milk and extra shot but still my coffee look like Mud. Can I get what I ask for since I'm paying for it. I prefer the West Columbia location by Lexington Hospital. No attitude friendly service . No

This place is terrible it took over 30 minutes for me to get one sandwich in the drive thru. I don’t understand what possibly could’ve taken this long.

Terrible customer service the employees are rude, incompetent, and do not know how to talk to people. Did a mobile order they said it didn’t exist, after I showed the receipt they still blamed me and basically said I’m out of luck even though I Clearly paid for my drinks for that location. Girl walked off. When I asked for someone else to help me they finally realized that they messed up and put the tags on the wrong cups. Didn’t even apologize. Drinks were Terrible, we ended throwing out bc I honestly don’t trust them there. Don’t go here!

Pulled up to the drive thru and went through the whole order before being told that they “aren’t serving food today” because the grill needed to be cleaned. Cleaning is something that should be done before the store opens and when it closes. For reference we were there at 2 pm on a Sunday and they close at 4 pm. Then had to wait in the line for 20 minutes behind other cars because there is no outlet in the drive thru.

Terrible. Workers had nasty attitudes and ignored inside customers while servicing drive-thru and mobile orders. Never going back.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my life. Y’all need some serious staff training because I will never come back. The attitude problem is insane here and whoever is running it needs some serious lesions in teaching your staff how to act. Cannot believe this business is still running. Will be contacting corporate and reporting this awful service

On December 13, 2023, I placed a mobile order and paid for it.When I arrived at this location, there no one in the store from the front window and the door was locked. So, I went through drive-thru, no one responded. I called the several time throughout my day to see what was going on, no answer. I called DD customer service line, explained my issues. I was told a refund would be credited to my cc in a few day. So I waited untill I forgot about it. But the other day, I was looking over cc statements and realized I was owed money. I called my cc company and they open an investigation into the matter. The next day (01/17/24 I was give my refund. Since that day, this location looks empty of people. All I wanted was a dozen of donuts to take to my coworkers. Please do better DD employees.

This store has the worst customer service. The people there are rude. My family and I just tried to get some donuts from there at 7:15. The lady told us that they threw away the donuts and locked the door at 6, they do not close until 8 PM, but the lady said it was policy for them to do that. Every time we go there the employee always have an attitude and say they are all out of donuts.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Every time I go to this Dunkin they always say they never have any donuts. It will typically be in the evening after 5pm because that's when I get off work and my kids and I like to pick up donuts. Well tonight confirmed the worst... we pulled up to the drive thru and nobody answered but they were still open. I pulled up the drive thru window where the girl said "what do you want" (So rude...) then I said "what time do you close" she says "we close at 8pm, but I locked the doors at 6p and we threw away all the donuts." I said "if you close at 8pm why are you throwing everything away at 7p...? That seems silly." She says "it's corporate policy" and closes the window on me.... Sage to say I will Never go to this Dunkin again. Typically I'm not a 'Karen' but I will be contacting corporate regarding this girls attitude and this Dunkin location in general. Truly the most pathetic customer service I have ever received. Anyways thanks for reading this review.
