“Rooms are ok. I think they're doing some renovations, so it'll be much better in a while I think, while will earn this place it's one missing star. The service was very friendly, and the only problem with the location is the holes on the road going to this place. Reasonable price though for a pretty good hotel that's bound to get even better soon. I'll stay there again.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Rooms seem to be sound proof. Can only hear if someone is outside, but not room to room. Which is good causey dogs bark loudly when they're excited and neighbors said they didn't hear them when asked.”

“This hotel is AMAZING!!! It is in a perfect location for shopping and is surrounded by different varieties of food options. The pool and outdoor cooking area are nicely set up. The facility was very clean and accommodating. The staff was VERY friendly and had pleasant communication and interaction. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.The only critique that I have is the breakfast options are very basic and limited. If the breakfast was better, I would have scored a perfect 10. We stayed for 2 nights and had to purchase breakfast each day.Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and clean. The TV's are relatively small (32-in) but that was not necessarily a deal breaker.Nearby activities: There is plenty of shopping nearby in various price ranges: Ross, Marshalls, Rainbow, Nordstrom's Rack, Mall, Academy, Walmart, Sam's Club.Safety: I felt very safe and the area was lite up very well.Walkability: There was a like nearby that you were able to walk to. You were also able to walk to eat a Wendy's, Hooters, and Applebee's. It was very convenient.”

“The area has everything you need at your fingertips. The hotel staff was friendly the room was spacious and well equipped. Ot was not super noisy though there were neighbors to the left and right of us. Supermarket, fast food restaurants sit down restaurants and Walmart within walking distance.”

“The only two reasons this hotel doesn't get 5 stars is the room decor is too quirky , I am used to calm colors in rooms , the rooms at graduate are too neon in terms of hotel settings , the second thing is they don't offer water bottles , a 4 star at that price should always provide water . I stayed twice at graduate because of it's location next to USC”
“Third time repeat customer to this hotel and don’t know if I’ll be a 4th. Don’t know if I got a crummy room for booking with points or not. Generally I pay a premium over nearby hotels to stay here. Got a room with a crack in the clock, a visibly dirty AC, and a bathroom that needed a makeover instead of the hastily sprayed paint over part of the ceiling and I don’t even know what the attempt on the drain was about. This would have been unsafe if my family was with me.The linens appeared clean and the breakfast was fine, but the room I was in no longer meets my expectation of what a Wingate by Wyndham should be.”

“Nice hotel but they have bedbugs in the rooms and they allow pets.I was in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and they had to change my room 3 times because there were bed bugs and they bit me all over my body and even my face. When I was bitten I checked the bed and indeed I saw bed bugs. Several hotel guests have had the same problem with bed bugs. “We stayed here for a basic training graduation and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The room was large and the kitchen was large enough to make a nice dinner; as well, it was exceptionally clean.It’s very convenient for the two days you’re on fort for graduation. Trainees cannot leave on family day, so having a hotel on the fort is very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.The free breakfast is from 6-9 am, good food and lots of places to sit.Rooms: Clean and spacious, but there’s a lack of USB ports.Safety: It’s on the fort, very safe!Food & drinks: Walmart and fast food is just a few minutes off the fort.”
“I've traveled all over the world and this is the nicest Motel 6 I've ever seen! We planned on staying one night, however we enjoyed it so much we stayed a week. The entire staff is outstanding, the service from the time of check in until we left was phenomenal. I would highly recommend staying here, you're missing out if you don't. “I was here for a work conference. The location was nice and the food was good. I spent the night because it was 2 days and the room was nice as well. We used the large conference room and it was set up nicely with a wonderful server who made sure we had drinks and whatever else we needed. “Extended Stay America Suites had the nicest receptionists we've ever met. We specifically requested for a mattress topper as the beds that came with the room we booked weren't that comfortable for us. The bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic, and it came with free toiletries, which we are very happy about. Overall, this is a great place to stay for vacation or a short stay.”

“We booked a block of rooms for our soccer team for two consecutive weekends. Kelly was very helpful setting up the block, following up with number of reservations, and reminding us of deadlines. Becky worked the front desk both weekends and was extremely helpful and friendly. She remembered our names from each visit, had rooms ready early for us on a particularly cold, wet day, and accommodated all special requests. Becky literally handed us our keys as we walked in wet, cold and loaded down with bags, no wait at all to check in. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, the breakfast room was a great gathering spot in the evenings, and the location very convenient. Thank you so much!”

One of the factors that led my party and me to stay here was the fact that the owner responded to and addressed reviews. It shows effort and dedication. The stay was great for a one-night pit stop. I did not eat the breakfast, but that's because I’m a picky eater. The rest of my party did eat the breakfast. They have a cool waffle maker, and the staff member working was generous to help us.”
