Tiffany and Stone did a stellar a job on my oil change ! They even let me know other problems I was having, and when I asked them to look at my coolant levels and top it off they did just that! Pretty much above and beyond and I always come here and it was good to receive amazing service once again !

I give them no stars! The manager changed my oil didn't ask what kind I wanted, she put the most expensive one in my truck. Also when I pulled up she said she smell gas, I asked if she could check it. She came back with the bill and told me that my vehicle was leaking all types of fluids and it had multiple oil leaks. So why would you change my oil, give me the expensive service and then advise me as a mom to take it home and park it. She could've saved me some money, this was 4 days ago and my oil light is on for another oil change. The crew that was there before was love and admitted their wrongs these guys here is only for the money. They get 1 star because I needed it to make this post. But they really don't deserve any stars

Cassandra and the girl working with her were very prompt and gave me a lot of good information. I'm originally from New York so was scared to use jiffy lube I've always used dealership. I was very happy with there service. My fiance was there the day before with car and did not wanna wait so I drove his car in the next morning at 9am. Thank you very much Joseph and Alisha kerr

I hate giving bad reviews but this one is deserving. First, the waiting room was very hot I was sweating walking out of there, the tech that wiped down my windows left smear marks all across my front and back windshields. The place was FILTHY. No one went over anything about the car with me, including that my car was 1/2 QT low when I got in. Also, I provided a $10 off coupon and still paid $106.48. I’ve never paid over $100. Not to mention, when I got the sticker for the next change said 96k miles. My car has 50k. I really hope whoever changed my oil did that right bc the rest of the service was terrible. Staff should take a drive to perimeter parkway Augusta branch see how it’s done! I’ll never go to another one.

Went in for an oil change over the weekend. First, they administered a $15 bottle of oil cleaner that I did not ask for, and did not know about until I got my receipt. According to their website, I could have gotten the oil change for $55. However, I was only give. The option between the two most expensive packages. Went in thinking that I was spending $55, but due to poor business practices, my final tab was $118. Take your business elsewhere if you value honesty, because this ain't it.
