Napa is a very poorly run company . They do not have enough people to run their stores, deliver wrong parts, do not have parts in stock , billing is a mess, getting customer signed up for credit is a joke. District mngr is a DUMB A---!! Inventory is always wrong . Pays poorly , car allowance is low , benefits are ok. Good luck getting problems solved. DM is micro mngr ALL AROUND BAD.

I walked it to check out some tools, they had some super loud noise going on the whole time I was there, appears to be a paint shaker, even the employees were annoyed by it, thank goodness I could leave, which I did. If I worked there and had to deal with that, I would quit.

Oh NAPA, you seem like such a good place and yet every time is a bit disappointing. The staff are okay and they usually have stock but it feels like the dollar tree of auto parts stores. O'Reilly's and AutoZone are always friendly and have nicely laid out shelves and a ton of stock

Over 35 years of excellent quality parts and services. I've gotten better services from NAPA, than any dealership. The owner has a great bunch of employees that are terrific in their work environment services.
