I had 2 Pod deliveries that were to take place on my move across several states , issue was they delivered the first pod and placed it in the wrong location aftewe gave specific instructions, this caused the second pod to not be delivered which had a majority of our things in it and after calling several times we still have not gotten any response or resolution 48 hours later. We have been told several times that we would get a call from a local manager and still have not yet which is very poor service as we entrusted this company with our things and spent well over $5000. I will also be logging a compliant with the better business bureau as well. They obviously don't care about their customers.

container size is not really accurate as to what can be fitted, i was careful to use every square in of space from top to bottom of the largest container offered. Moving a 4 bedroom house took 3 u-Hauls, 4 trips with a pick-up towing a 12 foot trailer in addition. the cost of the one POD was equal to the rest of what I paid. Was going to use additional PODs until I got the quote on the second one.

Horrible company! You have to schedule at least a month in advance for them to pick up your pod. If you have any issues you have to submit a ticket to the representative and wait for them to respond which can take weeks. Very expensive and they took extra money out of my bank account for miscommunication on their end. You have no control over your belongings and it's a waiting game with them. Never again!

Pods was such a breeze to use and when I needed it moved faster they were right there helping me get it done. I want to say thank you to Danny Williams who dropped it off today.

Disappointed for a few reasons:*They added charges at the end for pickup that I was unaware of (perhaps my fault as I did not extensively read the multi-page agreement), but still I would have gone with someone else had I known.*You are forced to sign up for auto-renew and have to call to cancel. Again this was our first time using a portable storage company and perhaps this is the norm. Just pay attention or they will gladly keep billing you. They did remove the charge after I waited 20 minutes on hold to speak with a person.*Customer service barely spoke English and the connection was not great. It's like she was calling from a cave on an island in the Pacific somewhere.*Forced to keep you credit card info on file with them (these days everyone should be concerned about businesses having this info that don't need it). This is so they can bill you for another month, which they will gladly do. Now I will have to call back once they pick up the container and try to get my CC info removed. Lame. Just remove it like a good company would.*Driver did not put the POD close enough to the edge of the driveway making us park by the road for a month.*I cancelled on the 29th (which would have been one month) and they scheduled pickup based on the date they would be able to get here. B/c they were "so busy" they added another month as they could not get here for a few days. Really? Like I said earlier, they took that charge off, but that was after 20 minutes of my life were lost on hold.Overall...don't recommend them.Perhaps all customer service and quality companies who value doing the exemplary thing with fairness are all but gone and PODS is one shining example of this.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I scheduled a POD delivery online more than a month in advance. I needed the POD stored for 2 weeks, but I paid for a month storage. The online reservation didn’t have an option to schedule the delivery of the filled pod to a new address in the same zip code. I called the 800 number several times, completed the online customer service request 5 times, sent 3 emails to the customer service email address and responded to the texts I received about the order. I never received a response to any of my inquiries. Then, I used all the communication touch points listed above numerous times to cancel the order. In addition, I attempted to use the online chat at least 20 times. There was never an “agent available “ to assist me. I never received any response from the company and they proceeded to charge my credit card for the entire rental. Obviously, I will dispute the charge and I have saved all of my attempted communications.

Pods screwed up pick up date then made us wait 2 weeks to pick up. had to unload pod, pay extra months rent for not being out in time, took extra days off to empty pod and Pod still wants to charge me for pick up and rent. when they failed to up hold their end of moving pod. before court cost- $2,865 Pods has cost me extra. why pay them for a service that you're going to have to do yourself?

Customer service was very helpful explaining the process and costs. Drivers are cautious and courteous and met target time expectations.

This was my second time using PODS happy with service. Pick up and delivery went well cost has gotten high but stuff was packed well so arrived good and delivery driver was willing to wait for door open to make sure all was well before leaving. Would use again but expensive.
