I have rented 2 climate-controlled storage units at this location and have been extremely pleased with the service, support and value for our money. Denise, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help us choose the best units for our needs and everything we needed for an easy move-in and continued access. Not only has Denise been very professional, efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, everyone we have spoken with at this location and on the phone has been very helpful and responsive. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend.

I have used Public Storage for years. They are the most helpful, genuinely nice people who love their jobs and it shows. Just recently, Katie who was workong at the Knotts Abbott location in Cayce, SC helped me with my stprage needs and even helped jump start my car when i really needed it and had had a very early flight. I am a customer for life!
