QuikTrip is one of my favorite gas stations they are clean, the staff is normally the friendliest that you can find Spirit however this location being the 100th store open in the Carolinas has easily turned into the worst. The staff does not carry the same demeanor as other locations, the storefront is dirty and riddled with trash, and I have pictures for verification that they just refused to keep Pizza on the hot bar during relative times such as lunch, and dinner. Also they never stopped pastries, multiple of the drink machines are not working and when I spoke with one of the maintenance guys at the other location he says that there's no active request meaning that the management has chosen not to file the report so that the machines can get fixed. I have pictures to prove everything I say. I would love to see this store restored to its proper glory, St Andrews is currently the nicest, well-staffed, and cleanest in the area

I like to treat myself on road trips to a QT stop.
As an adult, making a slushy out of the various flavors is child-like fun! Usually well kept and clean. Easy to get in and out of. Decent gas prices

Everything always out of order, icey machine, slush machine. Bathroom stall. Chili, coffee machine. Why open a store just for everything to always be out of order. Thats for this location, Two notch rd in Columbia sc, fort Jackson location in Columbia sc. The district manager over all the Columbia and Cayce manager needs to and shoud of been fired. Its ridiculous. I complained to Head Quarters before and stuff still be out of order. Then when you ask the employees about it, They look at you like youre stupid.

Somebody please teach that guy how to do a wrap! I'm at the point where I'll make my own wrap back there. ***** This is a great store. It's always clean, bathrooms clean, food is good, and for me to live at night I appreciate the LCPD always being around.

This QT is under new management and it shows!! The men's room toilets, urinals, floors, and sinks are finally clean. The trash isn't overflowing in the men's room anymore and the new manager is fabulous! Let's be real, cleaning toilets isn't a pretty job, but when a person agrees to the job description for a particular wage, they are expected to follow through. I cleaned nasty toilets in a gas station for $8/hr., many people have done so for less, and QT pays very well, so there is no excuse for a nasty bathroom at any gas station let alone a QT. I give raving compliments and constructive criticism, and I must say, I like this new manager and her excellent motivational skills! Thank you QT team for all of your hard work and thank you for showing that you care through your actions. I appreciate you all!
P.S. -My favorite lady, Jennifer, from Germany is fabulous! Always a source of radiant sunshine every day I see her! If you ask me, she is the epitome of what excellent customer service looks like! Always cheerful, always genuine and sincere, I can report an issue to her and she will either take care of it or or notify the person who can take care of it, like when I reported the filthy men's room to her. All in all, Jennifer is an outstanding leader in EXCELLENCE! She never does anything half-heartedly, always does each task the best she can! It is blatantly obvious that Jennifer truly cares! Thank you my fabulous new friend!!
P.P.S.
The photos below were from 0130 Friday, July, 25, 2025. Third shift has not been fulfilling their job duties as agreed to during their hiring process. The men's room was not cleaned all third shift and the roller grill was also neglected all night as the hot dogs, once fresh ones were placed on the back of the roller grill, were not moved forward once ready and looked so overcooked that they were split and wrinkled.
I had to add this to my previous review as Google didn't give me the option to make a second review, but this review of third shift is definitely zero stars. The previous days third shift was also the same as this one, terrible, but I wanted to wait and see if it would improve the next night before submitting a negative review of it to give the employees the benefit of the doubt. It is difficult to achieve excellence in anything if even one person on a team is dragging everyone else down, and while doing so they drag down the morale and commaradie of the whole team. It's best to remove the bad apples before the whole barrel spoils, and quickly.

Traveling home from vacation in Orlando, Florida finally back in South Carolina and we see a QT. Needing a snack and bathroom break, Quik Trip’s rest rooms are usually clean and the frozen drinks are tasty. The women’s rest room was not clean and the trash cans were over flowing. The drink machines were out and most were out of order. Pass this QT by, they are letting their standards down, keep driving on the a Spinx.

Easily the worst in the entire chain for the area. They never have pizza out even at the evening, or like today at 12:31 they did not have any pizza out, and old sandwiches. I get the things get busy, but staying on top of your lunch Rush with your number one item seems reasonable at best. Also to be noted I've had this problem at 5:30 before and they don't start making it until you ask which not all of us want to wait for food at a place focused on convenience and speed. They are also consistently out of most the liquid death which may not be their fault but maybe they should order more of. More gas pumps having to be reset or sitting there with fault messages, and things of that nature that you can't get cleared in time, and just a whole bunch of other stuff. None of the other locations have this problem

A friend suggested that I try a sub from here, so I went into the app and ordered the big Italian for a later pick-up time. The sub was delicious, and I have since recommended it to other friends and family. My daughter has worked at 2 sub shops and could make her own and said this was one of the best subs she has had. To me, that says a lot. The staff is friendly and always welcomes you. They are also quick to ask if you need any assistance. I do work in the area, so it's convenient for me. You should think about giving them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
To the staff, great job and keep up the good work.

The staff is always friendly and asks if you need assistance with anything. The food is way above average for something ordered from a gas station. If you order ahead in the app, it will be ready and waiting for you. A coworker told me I should try the subs as he thinks they are better than a chain store we all know.
To say the least, I ordered an Italian Sub and was not disappointed by no means. I will definitely try them out again.

Wow has this place gotten bad. Used to be great! went twice a month at least on long trips. no longer, dirty bathrooms with broken fixtures. All the food was gone today. shelves un-stocked. Employees, far too many for the traffic flow, standing around telling jokes, sitting on the counter, and eating egg roles while sort of half-heartedly waiting on customers. This place lost it's manager and badly, badly, needs a new one. I will not be back.
