Your not suppose to ask for marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks if you look on the app you can see they already come with it and it don’t let you take it off so why is it every time I get mozzarella sticks I don’t get marinara sauce?

Paid almost 7.00 for a foot long hotdog, the weenie was raw as if they got it from the refrigerator and put it on the bun, tried to call but it keeps saying my call won’t go Thur, that is disgusting to pay that amount for a raw weenie on a bun , I’ll never go to Sonic again .

I had NO idea Sonic had dine in service. This place was awesome, seating for 8-12 tables and a great staff on site. We got some shakes and hot fudge sundae. We were in/out in no time. Thanks, Sonic!

Why is it that employees feel they have the right to Screw up your order and then blame you for it or remind you 5 times that they didn't take your order Then still screw it up And then treat you like you Should apologize to them for deeming to ask them to do the right thing with your order Whoever is in charge of this place should really consider doing employee evaluations

Shocked that some idiot decided to cancel the ice cream cones, they were 2.74. I was told that they were replaced by cups of ice cream, I ordered a medium three days before and it was 4.99, supposedly same as a med shake. Ordered again last night, the same thing, now I'm told it's almost 6.00 for the Sam thing, but now it costs the same as a blast minus the flavoring. It's absolutely ridiculous! You are losing customers! Just bring the cones back at the original price and problem solved. If not, I and many others will not be returning to Sonic. The Ice cream was fantastic and the young lady at the window was understanding. Corporate needs to get a clue about what their customers want.

Horrible experience. Manager is named Ashley and has absolutely no people skills. Can't even order food without her interrupting, after the third interruption I gave up. Confused as to how she is in management, hope she treats her employees better than her customers. If I knew the franchisee I would highly recommend some training for Ashley and her crew if you would like to improve the customer experience.
