Teller at this location was very rude, after staying in in line for half an hour, getting cash for my trip, I asked her to change few bills since I was traveling overseas. Instead she was arguing there is a line, I had to remind her I was in line for 30 minutes like everyone else and there were people taking more than 10 minutes to do their transaction. For someone that concerned about time and the line should not argue and waste time, exchanging few bills it doesn’t really take that much time. As a teller your job is to serve people equally, if you have to Pick who should be served, you should not be working there. There are many negative reviews about this location, and the only reason people receive poor service is because Wells Fargo does not care about customer service.WELLS FARO Priorities is not customer service.

I go to this branch to make simple withdrawals or deposits with the tellers. They usually have a bad attitude and i don't feel welcomed. I try to always go with Traci, in my experience shes the only one who always has a positive attitude.

I had to have transactions printed up for me.. and the teller went out of his way to get it done for me.and even called me the next day to tell me it was ready. He is amazing

Wells Fargo is constantly refusing to make transactions I've made whether it is a storage unit I've recently rented, something I've purchased online from Canada, or a plane flight. They used to have an online banking option to tell them you may be buying something internationally or traveling but they recently eliminated that. Now they frequently deny a large number of transactions I make. Even after responding to the confirmation message to verify I did in fact make the transaction they either still continue to deny releasing the money or worse yet the transaction says it goes through and it posts to my account but 2 weeks later the vendor calls me saying they still haven't received payment and the transaction has magically disappeared from my transaction history. I'm done with them! Time for a new bank.

This Wells Fargo is completely USELESS! They don’t want to help with anything. All they want to do is give you a 800 number EVEN THOUGH there are people there that are supposed to be able to help you. If i could give LESS than a 1 star believe me i would!

So $250 dissappear out of my account overnight so like anyone that has money that dissappear I had questions... I called the bank. Spoke with the bank manager she kept cutting me off while asking a question an she said "so do you want to tell me how it works or are you going to tell me" I immediately asked to speak to someone else she responded "I am the bank manager" well I think that your not the one that need to speak to customers if thats how you talk to people that are just trying to figure out where my money went over night... I see people saying all the time money disappeared out of there wells fargo account so don't get mad at me for questioning when anyone in there right mind would want to know where their money went.

I've visited this location a few times now and have had no issues as far as anyone helping me. I walked in and the young lady that helps with account issues was kind and very helpful. Went back a second time and the teller that helped me was so kind, sweet, helpful and patient. I was in and out in no time. Everyone's experience is different but I assure you mine was excellent. I would highly recommend this bank to everyone I know, strangers included! 5 stars!

This location is the absolute worst as far as customer service and long lines. The employees are extremely slow and rude. The loan officer lady was actually rolling her eyes while asking could she assist me. Why the attitude, I have no clue. Thank god I don’t personally bank with Wells Fargo only for business.

Other than john Marshall i could care less about how crooked the are useing every trick in the book to get your money from you charging outrageous fees constantly have issues with accounts personal and business because of there mistake it was one of the worst experience that I have had with a bank. Not sure why but I have heard others speaking of the same things
