“The staff was helpful, though prices where higher than I’d like, when in a pinch it’s good to have immediate access to the parts I need.The staff helped me with a quick test of a motorcycle battery, and had the part available there for me to replace that day.”
“Helpful staff. Easy access. Hours of operation. Often has what I need or willing to order . **this is typical when one particular clerk is NOT present. This grumpy dark haired man has made a few poor recommendations, some causing unnecessary stress. Has a generally bad, negative or unpleasant attitude that feels directed at me. This has happened several times in the last 2 years or more. I have not experienced this with anyone else in this store,nor any other store in recent memory. I still like the chain store as it is very convenient and I often forget about the "enigma" til I pull in to the lot. I will wait to be helped by other clerks when possible, but get stuck with this one unless I walk out and go to Autozone or O'REILLY'S, both of which are not much better at customer service than the grouch who steels good moods. Just sayin'?”
