“I drop into CrossFit Clemson when I am in town and it is always a great time! I brought my dad (who is inexperienced in CrossFit) and they were so patient and kind! The coaches met him where he was at and helped him a lot. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or beginner this is a great place to be!”
“I love Orangetheory Clemson! As my husband likes to point out every time we drive past, it’s one of my favorite places in town. :) The coaches are phenomenal - invested, encouraging, enthusiastic, smart, and knowledgeable. They not only motivate, but also make sure you are being safe. The community is supportive and welcoming. I would never push myself on my own like I do at OTF Clemson. The workouts are effective and efficient. I have gotten stronger and faster in the year I’ve been a member. Hope to see you there!”
“Overall, it is a great little gym that seems to be dedicated to the residents of Keowee Key. I gave it 4 stars because it has pretty much everything else but a curl and tri-cep machine. That was unusual for me because Planet Fitness, YMCA, and other gyms I have been to had both machines available.”

“I enjoyed my time here at Max fitness, the staff are friendly and the machines are well maintained with a huge variety of them. Gym is always clean and well maintained.”
“I joined CFC almost one year ago and it is such a great place to work out! I love the variety of class formats and all of the instructors who are welcoming and knowledgeable. I am incredibly thankful to be part of this positive and supportive fitness community!”

“24 hours a day 7 days a week this gym has been there for me. Great owner (Larry) and management (Junior) are friendly and helpful . The facilities are tough to beat for the price too with the additional cardio machines and two showers. 5”
“My personal favorite driving range. Secluded and peaceful but is conveniently located on Hwy 178. Always well kept and well stocked with balls. Chairs and bag stands at every station allow you a place to stow all your gear. The thing that keeps me coming back to Pine Valley is the fact that they employ the honor system but maybe I'm old fashioned. 3, 5, or 7 dollars will get you a small, medium, or large bucket o' balls filled to the brim. Great to place to spend some time whether working on your swing or, like me, just smacking balls around for the fun of it. Remember, facilities are open dawn to dusk and payment is CASH-ONLY.”
“I am not a member of this facility, but my daughter has been going to their after school and summer camp programs. They are amazing! The scholarships they offer are a lifesaver, especially for single mothers not receiving any financial assistance from the other parent or any other government assistance. I love that they take the time to do devotions with the children and that it's Christian based. The teachers are amazing, especially Ms. Ally. My daughter has thrived so much being a part of their program!”

“The place has so many activities for students to stay fit and healthy. Right from fitness gym to swimming pools and group sports facilities, it has everything. I would surely recommend visiting the place if you are a Clemson University student. I loved the badminton court a lot.”
“Structured, workouts, available before the class. Multiple scaling options available. Amazing coaches- Energetic, knowledgeable, STRONG, motivating. Good lifting cues, and feedback.
I never believed in CF and didn’t start for a long time because of the price. But now, I believe it’s worth every cent. I’m in way better shape (look and feel) than when I just lifted weights. I’ve not “hurt” myself even a single time.
Do your future self a favor and just join up!”
