We’re here to help! This Lowe’s is a smaller store that does its best with limited space and a smaller customer base. The staff and manager are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager is regularly seen out and about, solving problems and assisting customers. Staff members work hard and often go out of their way to help with projects, offering good product advice or finding someone who can. The garden area has good discounts and helpful staff, like Valerie at the lawn and garden cashier, who greets customers with a smile and offers assistance. Rob in lawn and garden also provides loading help and advice on projects. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has plenty of employees ready to help. Prices are competitive, sometimes cheaper than other hardware stores, with sales on tools like the EGO blower. Overall, it’s a friendly store with excellent customer service and a helpful team dedicated to assisting customers with their home improvement needs.
Levi went above and beyond to help us find a product that was in a different section than the app said. Every employee we came into contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable.
