The Whitley is a residential community featuring two and three bedroom apartments in the friendly Southern town of Central, South Carolina. It is described as a one of a kind community, huge, cozy, and more beautiful in person, with everything you want and need under one roof. The community is quiet and offers nice amenities, though the clubhouse location can be annoying. Some apartments are very nice, while others are still awaiting an upgrade, with archaic kitchen cabinets in non-upgraded units. The staff and maintenance crew have been noted as helpful, friendly, and awesome. However, there are significant concerns. Some residents report roaches everywhere, trash all over the complex, and poor upkeep. Communication can be difficult, with problems getting in contact with the office or maintenance, leading to slow repairs that made residents feel unsafe. There are also complaints that long-term residents receive no upgrades or perks, even when updates are made to vacant units. Residents are also encouraged to clean up after their pets better.

We have lived at the Whitley since 2/2021 till 5/2023. The staff (Marci, Shelby, Gracen, and Bret) were helpful and friendly. They have helped us with bills, maintenance, and concerns. Thanks Whitley for the help!

Best apartment complex property management round Clemson area if you are not all students. Very well suited for families

It was ok. There are roaches everywhere and the place could use some clean up. Trash is literally all over the complex. So hard to get in contact with office/maintenance. Took them forever to fix my broken door. I felt unsafe having my door broken and they took weeks to fix it
