“I went to the trailer to move my daughter home from college. It’s a 300+ mile trip. The entire process was automated. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, it had brand new tires. My rental period was over a holiday and the drop off center was closed. When I returned the next day They didn’t even mention the extra day. Definitely renting from U-Haul again.”
