As much as I love living here. Pet waste is a huge issue. There are several heaps of dog droppings all over and pet owners do not pick up after their pets, even if their pets defecate around your unit. Other than that the units are wonderful!

They was very helpful when ever we had a question even if they didn't know the answer they looked into it and got back with us they made the house getting process so much easier

I do not want to leave a one star review but I am very frustrated that we have lived here for over a month and we still do not have our mail box key. The main problem is that almost every time I call to have them meet me to get my mail they do not answer. I’ve called four times in the past two days and they have not responded. I love the apartment itself, i just want my mailbox key. I will update if things change.

Took a tour of one of the apartment units and absolutely loved the place. They kinda look like small bird houses, but the insides are much larger (and nicer) than you might expect. They're only about a year old so you're getting a new place with new appliances, including a tv. Pet friendly and has a dog park. Also has a really nice club house with a pool, grilling stations, and vending machine. Internet is included, but no other utilities. Kinda wish they were like $100 cheaper, but it's still a decent price for what you get.

Great place to live, it’s the perfect size for two people. It’s nice having all brand new appliances and a dog park for my dog to play in. Nice to have the treadmills in the clubhouse for rainy days.

The rooms feel bigger once you have furniture in them. A lot of dogs live in the neighborhood, which is nice if you’re a dog lover. They are a nice size for two people. Cozy. It’s my favorite apartment I’ve lived in around Clemson. I’ve lived in three other places in the past five years.
