Went to pump gas and after nothing happened I went to a different pump. The looked back at the first pump and saw the hose was disconnected completely, hence why there was no gas. Kind of annoying as I was rushing to work. Hopefully this was fixed or addressed. They don’t typically care paper towels at the pumps either.

Twice I have been in this store, March 17 and today. Both times without provocation, the same worker was rude and disrespectful. Management should help her with customer service skills

This is not the first time they have failed to put some of my items in the bag & I have gone all the way home before noticing it. They are robbing me of over $30 worth of stuff each time. I want my refunds. I think they might be doing it on purpose, one of the guys here might be trying to steal from me. I tried to call the store & they didn’t answer by the way. I’m going to report the charge to my bank if I don’t get my items back.

Evette was absolutely amazing! She didn't just scan my drink and move on to the next customer she took the time to tell me that I could get 2 drinks for a special and explained the inner circle program to me. She was very knowledgeable and saved me money this morning. What excellent customer service and care! I'm not sure if she is the manager but she needs to be something she is an asset to this gas station and to circle K. 5 stars is not high enough!

BEWARE , EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
New customer here and to the company. I decided to grab a sausage and egg burrito, and bit into this disaster. More of a mush wrap. You shouldn't be in the food business with this. Y'all need to adopt qt's approach to food. I'll still stop in for the cheap sodas and an occasional snack. Also, your fuel price is way inflated, even with the membership deal. Your people seem nice enough, no issues there.

That have worked here Erika has always been more than amazing every time I've had the opportunity to converse. It would be a disappointment in my late hours of knowing her and she deserves not just a raise but infinitly more for her putting up with us

Always very busy, but the employees work really fast to get the line down. Never had a problem other than waitingAnd, it's usually on a customer who doesn't know what they want.

This place is okay for a 24 hour gas ⛽ station ?! It's pretty pricey, but it helps to be a member to the club ?! Giving up your phone ? number helps a lot with purchases here! They give good customer service, but during really busy hours they only have one worker ? in the store or just one at a register! So the line is backed up for miles! And if they have two workers, it seems as if they still have the same problem!!!! Idk what's up????

Tap to pay doesn't work. Card readers don't work at all in fact. You have to physically go inside and pay an arbitrary amount just to fill up. Haven't had to pay inside since I was a teenager. What a joke. It's 2022 y'all. Get your card readers including tap to pay working.
