Went there to get my iPad repaired after it stopped charging. I found the older gentleman super rude and condescending. They didn’t listen to me when I explained the situation and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When they tested, they used a Mac wall block because they didn’t have the new iPad / iPhone blocks in the store (really?) and obviously there’s more power output. The iPad started charging when they used a charging station, it did not charge. We have three iPads and three iPhones in our household. I tried multiple cables and wall blocks before I went to CompuMax, yet they kept telling me my issue must be a user error. I went to a different repair shop in Harbison (Mr PC) and I am good to go now. I will never go back to CompuMax, and unless you have outdated equipment, I would recommend to not waste your time with this place. Very disappointing…

I was at this location on wednesday. I dont know the guys name, but he gave me some advice despite it meant him losing money that time. very rare that any company will do this. I will be using ONLY this particular compumax from now on because he gave me advice despite him losing money. Hopefully I will be able to send my laptop via mail when we move out of state.

I've been using CompuMax since they were called Laptop Liquidators. Rick, Casey, and Dylan are always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable. I'm terrible with any kind of technology and they always fix my user errors while explaining what happened so I can learn. They are literally the town go to for fixing all things computers and phones. I recently joined T-MOBILE with them as well. Rick took extra time to make sure I understood what savings I would be getting all while doing all the work of transferring all my information from one device to another. I highly recommend CompuMax!

Amazing and fast service. I walked in with a completely shattered and black screen. Within 45 minutes, my phone was return to me in impeccable condition! I highly recommend Compumax of Chapin, SC.

Showed the owner I was missing a computer key. He said he would "research the part and call me". Never called. I called and gave them another chance, same thing happened again. SMH

These guys are amazing they sold us a computer and a chrome book at a really really good price. You can believe I will be using them from now on even though I live an hour away.

I have had many items serviced and repaired by the staff at CompuMax and to say that they offer stellar work at a fair price is an understatement. Independent repair shops of this kind are virtually non-existent these days, but there is a reason they have a thriving business. They will be guiding us on new T-Mobile products for our business in the next few days. If these guys say do it, they can back it up with facts and figures every time.
