This is my second time visiting the store I drove 52 min and when I walk in the rude employee said oh dang I guess I got to go work to her employee friend the entire time she rolled her eyes never spoke only greeted non black customers. When I went to check out she literally didn’t speak wouldn’t follow instructions on the screen and when she notice I had a platinum card she claim I needed to reinsert after taking the card out it went through she was wrong and started rolled her eyes I mean disgusting, older African woman name tabitha l I might be spelling her name wrong, once I notice the attitude I started recording just sad I could of been a secret shopper horrible customer service honestly both lofts but mainly this one.

The place is new and I bought something I was looking for at a good price and they have a separate store that sells new clothes and bags

Went to goodwill today just to look around. Ended up buying two things because Harley was SO SO helpful, patient, and kind. She is an awesome employee. This store has so many good items and is so clean. I will be back soon.

This is the best-stocked, most clean, most large, and most well designed Goodwill I have been to, and let me tell you, I have been to many.I plan to return whenever I am in town.Especially if you are looking for a goodwill with toys, you won't be dissappointed.

The home goods department is consistently extremely messy. It makes one afraid to remove an item from the shelf for fear of an avalanche.Right now, I'm waiting on along line to get in...9:10 and the doors are still locked.

I noticed some designer brand purses exp- Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton,- don’t trust their “NAME BRAND CLAIMS”. Several items are FAKE.They are advertised that brands in the boutique are Real Name. They’re not and when it’s pointed out and the staff agrees, it is left on the shelf and is still marketing as real.Sad part is Goodwill is profiting from all of this.They are LIERS, for used items, there is no real deal. Everything else I was smart and double checked and left w/ nothing.Check and recheck before you buy from the boutique.

Autum's Loft (nicer clothes of the store) closes at 7pm. We asked the worker if we could look at the dresses really quick (it was 7:04) the worker said yes just for a minute. We proceeded to go to the back area with the dresses. Another worker comes in and rudley says excuse me this area is closed. I said we asked the other worker if it was ok and she said yes. Next thing we know the manager comes over. 2 other people had no reason to come and "escort" us out of the loft. The worker should not have told us it was ok to look, if it wasn't. Learn how to say no to someone. I understand this is a training work environment, but train your employees to follow the rules correctly and don't be rude to customers!

Not welcomed nor helped in any manner at all. Employees seemed like they were too busy to help anyone except for the two that was working the cash registers. Place was a whole lot better clean compared to my last visit!
